Brooke and I walk through the door of our San Diego house around 6 o'clock, and I immediately notice an odd smell coming from inside.
"Is something burning?" I ask Brooke.
"I bet Brianna is trying to cook again," Brooke responds in her normal sarcastic voice.
We both walk into the kitchen to find Brianna franticly waving an oven mitt through the air in an attempt to get rid of the dark grey smoke that's escaping the oven.
"Aww honey you cooked," Brooke says with a mocking tone.
"Don't even start with me I have been stressing over this lasagna for the past 3 hours!" Brianna retorts.
Brianna has black hair. She also has freckles just like Brooke. Except Brianna freckles are only on her nose and cheeks, while Brooke's are on her whole face. Brianna and Brooke look a lot alike besides their different hair colors. It's almost hard to tell who's older.
"Everyone calm down, we can just order some takeout!" I say.
Brooke and Brianna both agree to my idea, and we order Chinese food from a small restaurant a couple blocks away.
As soon as the food arrives we all sit on the couch and turn on the Batchelor, one of our favorite reality t.v. shows.
"So, how was your trip?" Brianna asks us.
"It was great. The prank went perfectly, and our meet and great was super fun," I reply purposely leaving out the whole Hayes situation.
I'm leaving it in the past. No one ever needs to know about Hayes. It's not like whatever we had was anything important. I'm already over it.
"And Kate and I both might have went out with a couple Magcon boys..." Brooke adds in.
So much for not telling anyone...
"MAGCON BOYS?! I THOUGHT YOU TWO HATED THEM!!?" Brianna exclaims.
"Well it's kind of complicated, but we don't hate them anymore if ya know what I'm sayin," Brooke winks.
"Omg did you guys do the dirty?!" Brianna questions.
"Not even close. Well I don't know what happened with Brooke and Cameron, but I wasn't close to doing that with anyone," I quickly say, trying to leave out Hayes at all costs.
"I feel like you two aren't telling me everything.." Brianna shakes her head.
"Okay, okay, let's start from the beginning," Brooke sighs as she begins the story.
Brooke and I tell Brianna about the rest of our trip until we all decide to go to bed.
