Lasting Memories (Young Sirius Black)

5th year. Oh, by the way, I am (y/n). I am a Gryffindor. I am good friends with Lily Evans, Remus Lupin, James Potter and Sirius Black. I don't exactly like Peter Pettigrew because I find him a bit of a tag-along. I am on the Quidditch team at Hogwarts, Chaser to be specific. James is the Seeker, and the others are in the stands cheering us on. Oh, I'm also an Animagus. I change in to a wolf. I like my Animagus.

Anyways, I was sitting in the Common Room, chatting with Lily and Remus. James and Sirius were in detention, as usual. Peter, he's Merlin knows where. He tends to wander off a lot. Don't know why though. Anyways, where was I? Oh yeah, talking with Lily and Remus. "So, anyone see the latest book by Bathilda Bangshot?" I asked, thprying to break the silence, it being akward because it is usually James or Sirius start the conversations. "Yeah. I've read it. To be homest, it is really boring, and that coming from me, a total bookworm!" Lupin says. "Yeah. It is really boring" I agree. Finally, James and Sirius come in. "Thank Merlin" I thought to myself. "Hey guys" Sirius says. "Sorry we took so long, the Potions teacher is so strict" James says. Me and Remus giggle and Lily just rolls her eyes. I know that James likes Lily, but, clearly, Lily does not like James back. "I going to go to bed. Big game tomorow" James says. "Me too. Later, guys" I say, excusing myself.

**Time Skip to Quidditch Game**

"See you during the game, (y/n)" Lily says. She was walking with me to the change room. "See you soon" I say to Lily, as she heads off to the stands and I head off to the change room. I run into Severus Snape on the way. "Stay away from me!" he says. He acts like this a lot. "Merlin, okay" I say, surprised with his attitude towards me.

"Don't be hard on yourself. He does that to everyone" James says, seeing as he was waiting to go on the Quidditch pitch. "Thanks, James. Looking forward to the game" I ask. "Yeah, not much of a choice to do it or not now" he answers me. I giggle. "Well, in that case, good luck in finding the snitch" I tell him. "Thanks. Good luck scoring as many points as you can for us, okay?" he ask me. "I'll do my best" I answer. Finally, we get to go on the pitch, and I see Lily, Sirius, Remus and the rest of the Gryffindor supporters cheering as I walked on the pitch with the rest of my team. We had a game against Ravenclaw, so the supporters were kind of half and half, Slytherin and Ravenclaw for the Ravenclaw team, obviously, and Hufflepuff and Gryffindor, for, you guessed it, Gryffindor.

**Time Skip to After the Match**

We won! 160-120, we were trailing, but thanks to James, we won. Ravenclaw had 120 and we only had 10, they have a  very good Keeper and we have possibly the worst Keeper of all times. Anyway, I was heading to the change room, when someone grabbed me from behind, spun me so I faced them. "Sirius, what are you doing?" I asked. "Can't I congratulate one of my closest friends for winning the game?" he asked. "Well, thanks. You can congratulate James when he gets out since you know you can't go in the change room" I say to him. "I know, but I have something to ask you?" he says to me. "Ask away" I answer him. "Well, I've liked you since 3rd year and love that you became a Animagus for Remus, and I just love you in general, so, what I'm really trying to say, is, (y/n) (y/l/n), will you be my girlfriend?" he asked me. "Well, I'm glad you asked because I've liked you since 3rd hear as well, so, yes, I will be your girlfriend" I answer, glad he finally plucked up the courage to ask me. "See you after you get changed" Sirius says. "Be out before you know it" I answer walking away. I hear Sirius shout out from behind me, "Thanks for the lasting memories you are giving me", and I giggle, "Your welcome", I shout behind me to Sirius.
