After meeting with Gina and going to her place to try and stop her from breaking down about the break – up with Blake. One thing is clear – Gina is in love with Blake and that is ladies and gentlemen, true love. But the price of staying up with Gina caused me to be in big trouble with Mr and Mrs. Jones who stayed until 1 to discuss my behaviour staying out late and acknowledging them about my trip to Gina’s.

So here I am getting inside the school building for another crappy dayand I yawn in tiredness – I really need a goodnight sleep. I made way to my locker someone grabbed my arm and turned me around. I was greeted by my friends. “Is that beautiful Kara hiding from me? OMG! Why, yes it is,” Cassie bellowed, squeezing me so tight – I think I’m losing oxygen as I speak. “Sorry,” she apologized. Ben was next to hug me and then Gina – finally squeezing me death was finished.

“So did you get in s***?” Gina looked at me with her eyes, as she quietly said the words. I don’t know what to say – yes of course. Mrs. Jones will never trust me again, matter of fact – I think Alex is still ignoring me even though it should me ignoring him. I will always remember the look on Alex’s parents: disappointment.  I gave out a tired sigh.

“Yep...they were disappointed at me, guys,” I say, turning around to take out my notepad-shutting the locker to face them again. “I never had the look before. You may not understand but I wanted to be the daughter Elli- I mean Mrs. Jones wanted besides Penelope.” I looked down at the floor, Mrs. Jones was also upset with herself for not getting me a cell phone but I’m to blame – she didn’t know where I was, I mean the woman called the cops for goodness sake. “Anyway, I have some great news tonight. We are going to a party tonight!” Ben says with happiness, Cassie and Gina giggle at his excitement. He coughs breaking up the giggles, “Three words. Great NIGHT OUT.” I have never seen Ben so happy before. “It’s true,” Gina piped up. I smile at their joy, funny how one guy can make all my friends excited.

As usual, the doors open, Mimi and her clan of minions walk in – still hoping she’d trip and fall breaking her face against the floor. She looked over to me and smirked slightly, if she thought she was better than me – she’s so wrong. Then after that, DRiO – I mean all girls in the halls were screaming for them as if they were celebrities, well Alex, and yes the other two not so sure. The three were very intimidating; they were mean to everybody including people who were weaker than them. After all the commotion, everyone resumed back to where they were – well all girls followed the ‘Populars’. “Assholes” Cassie says, “What?” She says like it was nothing.

“Let’s go homeroom. I’m sure Miss. Jackson wouldn’t want us to be late,” Gina suggested, meaning get a move on. The double doors slammed open and one good – looking guy walks in, this time my friends gasp while I have my jaw open like an idiot.

Noah was sitting on our table at homeroom as usual. I sat next to him and he smiled revealing his cute dimples. We talked to each other about things that we liked and disliked – i found that I’m not the only one who doesn’t like olives. As much as Alex is good to look at, Noah looked cuter especially with his brown fringe covering those gorgeous eyes. Throughout whole day, Gina and Cassie hadn’t spoken much but acknowledged each other when it was necessary and I think it makes me and Ben feel awkward in our group. Today, the school’s radio was not accompanied by Gus who is still ‘sick’ which I think is an excuse but the guys visited him yesterday at his place and said he is not getting any nightmares of Blake killing him. At lunch, it was the same except Gina pretending not see Blake glancing her every once in a while whilst I was too busy watching Alex who seem to sensed that someone staring at him and looked at me with his blue summery eyes that I could get lost in however I never quite realised that he was kissing Mimi – head b****! I furiously stab my salad and shove my food in my mouth in a furious manner like any girl would have seen that horrific scene. Noah cleared his throat and smiled causing me to forget what had just happened with Alex and her. “I heard that there was a party tonight at some guy’s house tonight and I was wondering if you were going.” He scratched his neck nervously. I noticed this conversation was not among ourselves as Gina, Cassie and Ben were looking at me expecting me to come up with a an excuse which I guess I would do but this case....
