Hi. Again. I know. I know. You can throw your china at me. I know it's been a year, but man, does time fly. We finished the movie. We actually did it. Matt made sure I was actively participating in every aspect of it: the rehearsals, the shootings, the props and sets, and even the background music. So I was really busy. But it was all worth it. I'm really happy with what we've come up with, happy with all the friends I've made, the relationships I have established and kept.
There were so many stresses, like that time when Annabel got sick with dengue that she had to be sent to the hospital, and even had a blood transfusion. Everyone, from the cast and the crew, was really scared for her situation. When Jeremy found out that she needed a blood transfusion, he dropped everything and just left to go to the hospital. We also had to reschedule all the shoots and that really put us out of schedule. We actually didn't think we'd finish on time, but we did. Everyone just came through.
There was also this one time when one of the location managers forgot to get a permit for one of our locations. When the police came, we thought we had it but we didn't so we got kicked out and we had to reschedule the scenes for another day. Matt was obviously very pissed at the whole situation, but there really was nothing that we could do but to go to the city hall, get a permit for another day, and just shoot something else.
Despite the bad, the good still prevailed. I got to learn so many things about producing and directing by just being on set, observing Matt and the others do their magic. I learned a lot in the editing process as well, how it takes up like 50% of the time because of the many takes to choose from, and really just putting everything together already takes a lot of time. I also learned a lot about team work, how we became a family just by spending a year together. Maybe it's because this is my first film, but I know that the relationships and friendships that I had here would be the ones I'd cherish for a long long time. These people were the ones who made my dream possible, and I could not be more thankful for that. I'm really happy with what we've made together and we all hope that you guys do too.
P. S. The premiere is tomorrow. I'm excited and nervous and happy and scared all the the same time. I hope everyone likes it. Fingers crossed.

Author's Note:
Like Mia, I'd first like to say I'm sorry for being away for so long. I've been busy too, but the reason is not as fabulous as Mia's. Haha. I've been very busy with college, because I'm in my third year now and majors are being a pain. I'm in my break now so I have the time to write again. I hope you guys enjoy and if you fine any typos, please don't be afraid to point them out to me. Thank you so much for the support!! Also, to @Miss_Nielle thank you thank thank you for the recent votes. It really encouraged me to go back and write again. :)
