|Chapter Twenty Three|

It's been a day since Jason dropped his bombshell one me. Yep, bombshell is correct term..he was being all weird and stalking me because he had feelings for me? I'm finally in London where, I'm slightly away from everything that happened back in Atlanta but let's try not think about it. I try and shake the thought from my head which works but then Norman enters my thoughts.

"Is everything alright Gem?" Myla asks me through our facetime call. I snap out my thoughts and turn my attention back to Myla, who was probably asking other things but I was too busy thinking about other things. "Yeah, I was just thinking about things. How's the filming coming along with my baby brother?" I ask to try and change the subject but Myla knows me far too well to let anything slip, "Gemma Louise..I know something is up and you know you will have to tell me sooner or later" she has only recently started to use my middle name. I hate it when anyone calls me that, I try and ignore it but it never works, I sigh and cover my face with my hands.

"God. Myla you know me far too well and I don't know whether to say that I regret letting it get this far. Fine. I take it you saw my interview on Ellen?" I reply back, she disappears off the camera for a minute to do whatever her end. "Now I get left on my own, I love you too Myla" I say which luckily she hears and so does my brother, "I have to do something hold on. Carlos will speak to you, won't you?" she answers back and then faces Carlos who is standing next to her making drinks. "Do I have a choice Miss Scott?" I hear him say and then laugh, Myla hits him the arm and it makes me laugh, "Not you too! Fine, I will talk to her while you talk to James" he whines. Man my brother is the biggest whinger I know at the moment.

"Damn, Miss Scott is so bossy" He begins to complain which I raise my eyebrows at him and then puts his hands up in defeat. "Miss Scott is not bossy, I love her to bits and you, being Thor has to protect her no matter what." I say to him and then smile sweetly which he laughs and rolls his eyes, "I'll protect her no matter what and from who ever! How you holding up there?" he returns to his protective baby brother status and I have to say that he is so cute when this happens because he isn't a pain in the ass this way. "Good Thor, I'm holding up good here. Just glad I'm away from America for a few days" I tell him the truth because there is no one else other than Myla but my sister is busy doing whatever and then my mother well. I don't even know where the hell she is, I haven't spoken to her for months.

"Norman texted me earlier asking about you" Carlos drags me out of nearly floating in to my thoughts again, I can't seem to concentrate after what Jason said. 'I think I'm in love with you..' his words still linger with me but I know that we're just friends, I need to sort things out with Norman before putting things right with Jason. I know it should be the other way around but it's killing me not being around this goof anymore. "Gemma?" Carlos repeats again, "Sorry, I'm not with it today. That interview had a bad outcome." I apologise and then Mr. Thor is back with a concerned look on his face, "What did he do to you?" he asks really sternly. "Nothing, Jason was really sweet towards me. It was what he said afterwards" I reply back before looking down at my hands, in the corner of my eye I could see Carlos run his hands over his face. "Well, what did he say?" he finally asks, I sigh before actually telling him, "he loves me".

(Few hours later)

"Ellie, I need you to come around now. Not later!" I begin to fire back because apparently someone else was more important than her own sister. We hadn't been on the phone that long and we are arguing like when we were younger, "I'm your sister for god sake! He can certainly wait, I haven't spoken to you in months and you act like such a little bitch when I need you!" Ellie is certainly acting like a bitch now, because of her boyfriend, R&B Singer Chris Brown, wants her to stay with him at the studio and yes I have only just found out now that she has been dating him.
