Flight 109 boarding.

Sunset picked up her bag. She handed her boarding pass to the lady.

The old Shadowbolts were in their seats.

She smiled.

"Here, I got you a seat," Sour Sweet said.

Sunset put her bag under the chair. "If they ask me to move it, I'll-"

Sour Sweet put her hand over Sunset mouth.

A flight attendent walk by.

"I'm sorry. I didn't want her to hear that."

"It's ok. Thanks."

The flight took off at 12.

They were the only people on the plane.

Indigo pulled her hair. "I should let it get long."

Sunset shook her head. "Please don't."

She smirked.

Lemon Zest had her music up.

Sugar Coat tapped her arm. "Zesty, I'm gonna go deaf. Please turn your music down. I like using my ears."

"There's no way to sugar coat that," Sunset said.

She looked at her phone.

NO MESSAGES

"Thank you," she whispered.

"So, the plane lands in the city. How are you going to get to your apartment?" Sunny Flare asked.

"Rarity's picking me up." She looked up. "I hope."

"If she's not there, I can drive you," Sour Sweet said.

Sunset smiled. "Thank you."

Lemon Zest took her headphones off. "Hey, we're all going to be leaving this summer. We should do something together now."

Indigo closed her eyes. "Let's sleep."

Sunset shook her. "No, Zesty's right. Let's have fun before our plane lands."

Sunny shook her head. "It's not going to get to the city tonight."

"Why?" Sour Sweet asked.

"Look at this," Sunny showed them her phone. She pointed. "See that? That's all up there a few miles. We're gonna have to land, and then get on a different plane after the weather clears up."

"When will it be clear?" Sunset whispered.

Sunny looked at her phone. "It's a lot of rain. I don't think we'll get on a new plane tomorrow. I think we'll be staying in this next city for two days."

Sunset face palmed. "That's great."

The piolet came on. "Because of weather, we will be landing. Descent in five minutes."

At the airport, they did a search for a hotel.

"There's one down the street," Indigo said. "They still have rooms open."

"Let's go. Sunset's about to go to sleep now," Sour Sweet said.

Sunset was swaying.

She fell.

Indigo wrapped Sunset's right arm around her neck. Sour Sweet took Sunset's left.

They walked down to the hotel.

After they got to their room, Sour Sweet and Indigo lay Sunset on one of the beds.

Sometime in the night, Sunset woke up.
