"Faster (L/n)! If we don't hurry we'll get left behind!" Your best friend Connie yelled. "Well I'm sorry! Maybe if someone didn't kicked my leg I would be able to run faster!" She shouted back. It was true, Connie "accidentally" kicked (y/n) leg while playing a game. "Hey! It's not my fault you're so fragile!" The two cadets tried their best to find the path again but it just seemed to have disappeared. "Connie! Stop, please! My leg really hurts." (Y/n) shouted the the boy. Connie stopped running and turned around to see (y/n) sitting on the forest ground holding her leg. "Here, let me see." He walked over and bent down in front of her. (Y/n) took her boot off and tried to roll her pants up. "Damn belts." She muttered before taking them off. "Why do we have to wear these things anyway?" She complained. Connie laughed. "It makes us look cooler." (Y/n) rolled her eyes but smiled. "Finally!" She cheered as she was able to roll her pant leg up. "Oh wow. I must kick really hard!" He said. (Y/n)'s leg had a large purple/blue bruise. "Really Connie? I can handle myself but can you look for the others?" Connie sighed before using his 3DMG to scan the area. "Hey (y/n)." He called. "I think we're lost." (Y/n)'s eyes widened. Her biggest fear was coming true. She was more afraid of being lost then she was of the Titans, or Levi! "Connie, you better be joking! You know I don't like being lost!" She yelled. The bald-ish male landed in front of (y/n). "Sorry but we are definitely lost. BUT before you freak out, let's think of some positives!" Connie attempted to cheer up the (h/c) haired girl. "What positives Connie? WE ARE LOST IN TITAN TERRITORY! I CAN'T EVEN RUN! WHAR IF A TITAN FINDS-" She was cut off by Connie smacking a hand over her mouth. "Look, now we don't have to deal with Levi, the cleaning fairy." Connie sighed. "And we have each other." Her eyes met his and he finished his sentence. "Connie? Do you...like me?" She smirked. Connie's face turned a dark red. "N-no! What makes you think t-that?!" He yelled at her. "I dunno...just a thought." Connie crossed his arms and turned his head. "Well I don't." (Y/n) giggled. "You sound like a 5-year old." "We need to find a way to get back." Connie stated. (Y/n) nodded. "Oh! Do you have any flares?" She questioned. Connie searched the area for his bag. "I do! You're so smart!" Connie opened the bag and looked at the coloured flares. "What colour can we use that won't cause problems?" He asked. (Y/n) shrugged. "I pretty sure they all would. Try a black one." Connie put the smoke bullet thing in the gun and aimed it to the sky. "Cover your ears!" Connie shot the flare and a line of black smoke filled the area above the duo. "Hopefully they find us." Connie sat down beside (y/n). "I-if I did like you, what would your reaction be?" He asked. (Y/n) smiled. She had lived Connie since the first day of their military life. She lived everything about him. At first it was just how funny he was but now it's everything about him. "I think I probably would smile and say something along the lines of 'I like you too'." Connie turned his head towards her. "R-really?" (Y/n) nodded. Connie tackled her into a bear hug. "I really like you (y/n)! I've been to scared to tell you because I never would have even thought you liked me that way but-" "I FOUND THEM!" Connie was cut off my Jean. He landed by the two. "So Connie, finally confessed?" Eren landed by Jean and also saw the hugging (more like killing each other) couple. "Connie confessed?" Connie's face went bright red. "Ha! I told you he would confess first! Pay up Jäger." Jean held his hand out for the money he had won. "Tch. Do that later brats. Let's go back." Levi ordered. The four cadets walked back to the larger group. "Hey Connie, does this mean we're dating?" (Y/n) asked. "Sure does!" He smiled before kissing her cheek.
