That mission was a complete fail. The entire Special Operations Squad was wiped out! Except for Levi. The stupid female Titan! I swear, the next we met, I will take her down. Next time, she won't even be able to touch me before I kill her. And she defiantly won't hurt my head.
"Eren? Are you feeling better?" Mikasa asked as we made our way back to Wall Rose. "Yeah, I guess so." She put her hand on top of my head for some reason. "Uh, Mikasa? What are you doing?" She didn't say anything but she took her hand off. I decided I needed to rest a bit and went to sleep.
-Entering Wall Rose-
"Eren. Wake up, we're here." I hear someone say. I open an eye to see Armin. I used my elbows to prop myself and sat up. I could hear the whispers of the crowd as we arrived. "Look mommy! Look! They're back!" Yelled a young child. "I want to be just like them, when I grown up!" She cheered. Her mother instantly looked at her. "No! I forbid you! I don't want you to die!" She said while shaking the girl with (h/c) hair. I couldn't stop looking at them. It reminded me of myself and my mother. I miss her. I swear I'll get revenge. I got off the wagon I was riding in (because of my head injury) and walked over to them, despite the calls from other cadets. "Look! A soldier!" I smiled at the young girl. "Hello!" Immediately, I found myself being hugged. I almost fell over! "Thank you!" I wrapped my arms around her. "Thank you for supporting me. Because of your support, I'm alive." Even though it wasn't entirely true, I still want her to be happy. "(Y/n) darling, we have to leave soon." (Y/n)'s mother spoke softly. (Y/n) let go of me and turned to her mother. "Mommy! I want to stay longer!" I put my hand on her shoulder. "You should listen to your mom. She won't be here forever." She sighs and nods. "Alright. I'm going to find Daddy!" She yelled before running off into the crowd. "(Y/n)! Come back!" Her mother sighed. "Anyways, thank you. She usually never listens to me." I never listened to my mom either. "It's no problem. My mother was killed by a Titan, so I joined the military to get revenge." I told her. She looked at me with a sad look. "I'm sorry for your loss." I shook my head. "I'm okay now. But you better go find your daughter. She could easily get lost." She nodded. "You're right. Thank you!" She ran off in the direction of her daughter. I smiled again and then returned to everyone else. "Who was that?" Mikasa asked with her normal monotone voice. "A flashback." Was all I said.
