"Somewhere in between all the broken promises, manipulation and heartaches... I got over you. So when you came back I told you to leave, but when you left I realised I could never get over you."
What I want is your head on a plate
What I want is your heart full of hate,
What I want is your blood filled with lies
What I want is to gouge out your eyes,
What I want is you drowning in my pain
What I want is you screaming my name,
What I want is to expose every fear you hide
What I want is to crush your pride,
What I want is to feed you to a crocodile
What I want is to erase your vile smile,
What I want is to forget my hate for you
What I want back is the friendship that was too good to be true,
What I want is to repair the broken promises
What I want back is the pure bliss,
You asked me what I want this time
If I said a forever with you
Would that be a crime?
---------You missed me and said sorry for ruining our friendship, but I was too lost in my own darkness and pushed you away.
When I felt guilty I said sorry for being a bitch, and you said sorry for being an asshole.
Then you asked me what I wanted, it is strange cause you have never asked me that before.
You always knew what I wanted.
But this time I think it is more a case of need over want. I need you by my side – forever.
We cant ever really go back to the way things were... all we really have is now.
Over all our lies, hatred and betrayal…. is our friendship worth mending it?
Cause I don’t have anybody other than you …..----------
" "Growing up is never easy. You hold on to things that were. You wonder what's to come. But that night, I think we knew it was time to let go of what had been and look ahead to what would be. Other days, now days, days to come. The thing is, we didn't have to hate each other for getting older. We just had to forgive ourselves for growing up. " - The Wonder Years"
