Steve Rogers-Period Helper

Imagine you get your period and Steve has to go get pads and tampons for you.

Dani woke up and she felt immediately, the blood. No hadn't stabbed myself in the night, although that would have been better than the pain She was already feeling. She trudged into the bathroom, grumbling to myself. She pulled my box of tampons out to find empty.

"Damn you Natasha," She pulled out the box of pads, 
to find it in the same state. "Shit," Dani cursed to herself. She heard someone knocked on her door.

"Dani, darling, are you okay," Steve asked from outside the door. Her stomach exploded in pain, causing her to whimper. "Can I come in," he asked, his hand gripping the knob.

"Yeah," she moaned doubling over in pain. The door immediately swung open and Steve was by her side.

"Danielle, what's wrong?" Steve worried.

"I started my period and it hurts a lot and I'm out of pads and tampons," she told him, not bothering to sugarcoat it. Steve started to rub her back in soothing circles.

"I'll be right back, don't move," he commanded.

"No problem," Dani responded, curling into a ball, tears pricking her vision.

Steve walked out into the main living area, looking for any of the girls. Fortunately for him, he found Nat and Pepper with Tony, Clint, and Bruce.

"Danielle still sleeping," Bruce asked surprised.

"No, um, she started her period and needs pads and tampons," Steve replied to Bruce's question. Tony and Clint automatically became uncomfortable. Steve rolled his eyes at their teenage boy behavior, honestly how did Clint and Tony maintain a relationship with women, when they squirmed at the mention of menstruation?

"Oh, here I'll go get some for her, poor thing. She's always miserable," Pepper piped up, leaving the room.

"Is she cramping bad," Bruce asked about his sister.

"Always does," Cap responded, still worried about his girlfriend laying on the bathroom floor.

A few minutes later, Pepper returned with a box of each, "here ya go," she smiled.

"Thank you," Steve replied walking away.

As he left the room he heard Pepper make a comment to Tony, "you'd never do that for me," she sighed. Steve couldn't help but smirk at the idea of Tony trying to find feminine care products in a store by himself.

Steve returned and Dani was still lying on the floor. "Dani, I'm back," Steve announced, then proceeded to help her up. "I'll leave you to do what it is you need to do," he shifted his weight and walked out the door, waiting on her.

Dani emerged from the bathroom, surprised to see Steve standing there. "Do you need in," she asked, stepping aside.

"Nope, just waiting on you," he replied, scooping her up bridal style and placed her on their bed in Avengers tower. He left her again and quickly returned with Tylenol and a glass of ice water. Dani smiled appreciatively as Steve handed over the item. He then crawled into bed next to her.

"What are you doing? Don't you have to be Captain America ready," she asked and he pulled up Pocahontas, her favorite childhood movie, on Netflix.

"They have five other Avengers to choose from," he snuggled in, pulling her close, "you need a boyfriend and cuddle buddy today," he kissed her forehead. Dani smiled.

"And I'm glad they're the same person," she laid her head down on his chest as the opening tune began to play.
