"Rossi you can relax,I'm sure your own niece isn't going to blow off the party," you heard Derek reassure Zio. You rounded the corner.
"Well I'm surprised at you Zio," your accent came out thick as he turned towards you, "you have no faith in me do you?"
"Of course I do, bella," he embraced you in a tight squeeze. "Come on and join in the festivities," Zio David gestured towards the small gathering and handed a flute of champagne to you. You smiled in appreciation as you entered the living room.
"Everybody this is my niece y/n. Y/n you've already met Derek Morgan and Aaron Hotchner, but let me introduce you to, Spencer Reid, Penelope Garcia, Jennifer Jareau, and Kate Callahan," David introduced.
"I know all of you, from stories of course. I don't stalk you guys," you said nervously.
"Of course," Garcia beamed running up to you and locking you in a bone crushing hug. "I'm so glad I get to finally meet you. Rossi has told us so many stories and showed us pictures of your travels," she gushed. You smiled in amusement at her bubbly attitude.
"Well come on, let's go watch the ball drop," Derek suggested turning our attention to the screen.
