I was in the same place I had been in the past couple of mornings. My head was laid on his bed and I was holding his hand.

It had now been a week exactly since the accident and he still didn't come out of the coma.

I heard a light tap on the door and I sat up.

"Come in." I said.

I saw a very familiar face open the door. It was Louis, followed by Niall.

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked in shock.

I had no idea that they would be coming and I jumped up to hug them.

"We decided to surprise you. We knew you were pretty torn up about all of this." Louis said with a sympathetic look on his face.

"Thank you, I really appreciate it you guys." I said with a smile that I tried so hard to make.

The both of them walked over to the other side of Justin's bed.

"He got pretty banged up, didn't he?" Niall said.

I nodded. "Yeah, at first I couldn't even tell it was him. It's been a hard week, I'm so glad I have you guys here to help me through it."

"Well, we brought the other boys along too for some extra support." Louis smiled.

"Yeah, but the nurse said only three visitors could be in the room at a time. Ridiculous." Niall muttered.

"It's alright, it makes since. Okay, let's let everyone else see him." I said and stood up.

"Are you sure you want to leave?" Louis asked cautiously.

"Yeah, I need to see everyone not in the hospital room." I said.

"Okay, I'll come with you. Niall do you want to come out here with us or stay in here with Justin?" Louis said.

"I'll come, we can let the other boys see him all at once." Niall said.

I kissed Justin on the forehead and said "I love you, Justin."

The boys walked out of the room and I felt a grip on my hand as I turned to walk away. I turned around and he blinked rapidly adjusting to the light.

"Where am I?" He asked groggily.

I began to cry and I hugged him gently. "Oh my god! I knew you were going to be okay I knew it!" I said excitedly.

Louis and Niall came rushing back in with huge smiles on their faces.

Two nurses followed quickly behind them.

"He's awake?!" One nurse asked.

"Yes, he's awake!" I said and wiped my tears away.

Niall put a hand on my shoulder.

"Why am I here? What happened?" Justin asked.

"Baby, you got into a horrible car accident, and you're very hurt. But I'm so happy you're okay." I squealed.

He looked down at his arms and the bandage around his stomach. "It must've been bad." He said quietly.

"Yeah, it was. I was so worried, Justin. Louis would you please tell everyone?" I asked Louis.

"He's awake! He's awake!" I heard Louis say and I heard foot steps.

They all tried to get into the room but the nurse said, "Please wait, we are moving him into a bigger room and you all can see him then. But for now family can come in."

"Okay, thank you, we understand." Scooter sighed.

"We'll leave you two alone to have some time." The nurse smiled.
