December 2nd

Thanksgiving had passed, and everyone had gone home so Olivia and I finally had the house to ourselves.

We were laying in bed and it was almost one o'clock. Olivia got up and ran into the bathroom suddenly. I heard her cough a couple of times and I opened the door to find her leaning over the toilet with her hair pulled back.

I rushed over to her and held her hair back for her. She finally finished and I ran to get her a glass of water and I came back.

"Baby, what's wrong? This is the third time this week this has happened. Do you want me to take you to the doctor?"

"No, no I should feel better soon."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure. I just need a moment alone please." She requested, with tears in here eyes.

I waited patiently on the bed. About five minutes passed and she finally came out and slowly walked towards me. She still had tears in her eyes.

"Justin, I, I need to tell you something. It's very, very important." She said nervously.

I stood up quickly and looked deeply into her eyes. "Baby, what is it?"

"Well I... I don't really know how to say this." She said nervously.

"Baby, just tell me it's okay." I said in a comforting tone and stood closer to her.

"Umm, well I, um. I'm.. Justin, I'm.. I'm p-p-pregnant." As soon as the words came out of her mouth I started to tear up. I couldn't speak I was speechless. I couldn't believe it, I was going to be a father.

"Justin? Justin? Why aren't you saying anything? Are you upset?" She said in a panic.

I picked her up and twirled her around. "Baby, that's so amazing! I'm happy I've never been happier in my life! I'm so excited, we're going to be parents!" I said excitedly and smiled with tears of pure joy in my eyes.

Her face was almost expressionless and I set her back down.

My face fell. "What's wrong?"

"Justin, I don't, I don't think I'm ready for this." She said with tears streaming down her face.

I cupped her face in my hands. "Baby, we are going to make it through this just fine. You are going to be an amazing mother and we will get married as soon as possible."

"No! Justin that is not what I want to do, I don't want to rush something like that. I want it to be a special time for us, I don't want to just rush into that."

"Well, what do you want to? It's too late now you're already pregnant."

"I know, and honestly, Justin I am scared." She cried out and collapsed into my arms.

"Why are you scared, Olivia? You're twenty three and I'm twenty four. I'm going to support you and stand by your side this entire time. I love you so much, it's going to be alright. I promise." I rubbed her back and kissed her on the head.

"I love you more than anything in the world, Justin. I just don't know how I feel about this right now." She cried into my shoulder..

I held her in my arms and she cried for a while. I said comforting things to her the entire time and rubbed circles on her back. "I love you, I love you, I love you. Please don't cry, please. Sweetheart, you are everything to me and so will our baby, our child. Have you even thought about that?" I put my hand on her stomach. "He or she will be all ours and no one else's. Doesn't that make you feel amazing? We created this child together and that means the world to me. I love you so much, Olivia." I kissed her passionately and I felt her tears run down my cheeks, because we were so close.
