Chapter 8 Neighbours

We were sitting in the front room for 5 minutes when we heard the door bell go off followed by a stern knock, jeez mate calm down I think we want to keep the frigging door in one piece I thought aloud, mum gave me a stern look as if to say Rose shut up and behave, while Skye chuckled quietly next to me. Dad walked into the room followed by a man, then a woman I'm presuming the mans wife due to the size of the Rock on her ring finger and then three boys followed her. All the boys had there heads down looking to the ground but they all looked strangely familiar, I smiled at the parents I'm assuming and greeted them with a hi I'm Rose and a shake of their hand upon hearing my voice all three of the lads heads popped up the youngest I now recognised as the one practically eating my sisters face the other day I smirked at him which made him go red then turned on my heel to face my sister which had also gone beetroot red haha their faces are a right picture. I turned back around to see the TWINS!!!!

I ran past the parents and straight to the twins and jumped on them both they both caught me as I felt 4 pairs of arms go around my waist, maybe tonight won't be as bad as I thought and I will be able to change into something more comfortable too after dinner, or maybe before i don't think i can stay in this outfit for much longer. The twins put me back down on the floor and the parents looked at us with amused faces so I explained who they were to my parents and how I knew them to both parents they all understood after that and just nodded in acknowledgement there younger brother was sat next to Skye and they seemed to be having a good conversation.

The mums went into the kitchen to finish off dinner while the dads went into my dads man cave or so he likes to call it in other words he goes down their to drink and play play station or Xbox on his three 54" screen TVs. I showed the twins my room with its walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, mini games room with my apple laptop, Xbox, PlayStation and all the games for them that I like the play mainly COD but I have a coupe of Fifa games too and lastly I showed the twins where I spend most of my time through my secret hidden door in my closet that no one knew about except my parents Anna and now them it has a spiral staircase leading up to the attic and half of the attic is mine the other half is my sisters but because both rooms are different neither of us know where the entrance to get up to the attic is in each other's room as we like to keep it secret. We reach the top of the staircase and reach a door i put my hand onto the security system and the door unlocked I think it used to be a safe room up there but I'm not so sure when I opened the door my favorite smell in the whole world of old and new leather bound, hard back, paper back books hit my senses and I just wanted to sit and read. I turned to look at the boys and they had shock written across their faces but also awe I think they like this room too I would of never guessed they liked reading. "So you like this room then?" "It's so amazing I could spend forever in here" they both said in unison I would never of pegged them for being book worms however if you  were to look at me I don't think you would guess either.

I told the boys I was just nipping to get changed into something comfy they both laughed at me and told me to go a head so I threw on my black Nike tracky bottoms, white Nike vest top with my black Nike hoodie. Once I was finished i heard my mum shout telling us dinner was done so I quickly ran back to where I left the boys to see they had made themselves at home with a book in one hand and a can of pop in the other I told them tea was ready and they both said simultaneously "awe I was just into that book" with a pout on their faces " you can come back up after dinner and carry on reading or you can take the books home with you to borrow as long as you don't bend the spine and leave marks down it and don't bend the corners of the page" they had big grins on there faces as they left the room I guess they were happy with that I shut and Locked the door to my library and my secret room as well as my bedroom and told the boys to go ahead downstairs while I went and got Skye. They agreed to save me a place between them and set off downstairs.

I went to Skye's room Knocked once and let myself in biggest mistake EVER!

Sorry it's a short chapter been really busy with college and working two jobs plus I wanted to create some suspense for you all hope you like my story so far. You maybe thinking you know where this story's going but I can assure you you don't there a few more characters to come in during the book and a little turn for Rose and Anna.
