Mitch's pov
I starred at the wolf with wide eyes. It was huge! Bigger then me, even Jerome! "Jade..." Jerome hissed, narrowing his eyes. The black wolf, 'Jade' seemed to laugh, shifting into a human. She had raven hair that reached her waist. She wore black skinny jeans, and a matching tank top. She had black boots, and you guessed it, black laces. Her red eyes glinted in the light, "Long time no see, Jerome." She had black ears and a black tail. He growled, "I thought I told you to stay out of MY territory!" She laughed, her tail twitching, "I just wanted to visit my Brother!" I starred at them both, they did look slimier. But, Jerome is covered in fur, she just had ears and a tail! "Sure. You visited, now leave!" He snarled, stepping forwards threateningly. It seems everyone forgot about me for the moment, probably for the best? Probably. The girl, Jade, scoffed, "Like I'm gonna leave now! I want something first." Jerome growled, "What?" She smirked and pointed at me, "The boy." Jerome stepped in front of me, "Don't you dare touch him!" She laughed, "Oh, but wouldn't he make a perfect test subject?" I stepped backwards, test subject? "Jade, I swear if you go NEAR HIM I'LL RIP YOU APART!" His voice darkened greatly at that. I stepped back again, terrified. "Huh, guess we'll battle for him then?" He growled lowly, his eyes blazing with rage, "Fine. If you want to be like that!" In a flash, he was the huge wolf from before. Jade laughed loudly and shifted into the black wolf, both were about the same size, she was smaller by a few. Jerome snarled and jumped at her, instantly sinking his teeth into her shoulder. She clawed at him stomach, both snarled.
A bloody fight broke out, flashes of teeth and red eyes. I was frozen in place, watching as blood painted the white snow.
"RUN!" Jerome barked, managing to pin this sister down. I hesitated, but bolted threw the forest. The sounds of snarling and fighting rang in my ears, but it started to fade. Tears streamed down my eyes, how could I just leave like that!?
