Prologue: Tensi, and The Land of Swords.

Hello, my name is Terra, I'm here tell the tale, of a great man, once known as Pyra. Now know this, Pyra was a great young man filled with hope, and others looked up to him. But in order for you to understand his tale, I must start from the very beginning.

Pyra was born in a place known as The Land of Swords, along with his two best friends, Regen and Myself. The land of swords is the youngest nation, but still it is strong, and much more harmonious than any of the others. The Land of Swords has two other names. The Land of Blades and The Land of Future.

The Land of Swords, was born and rose after the war broke out between the two great nations. The land of Waves, and The land of Shuriken. In the beginning, There was one nation alone, the Land of the Lotus, but the people grew too many, and the lord of the land grew old. So the nation was divided and split between his two sons, who renamed the lands, giving us the Land of Waves, and the Land of Shuriken.

The two nations lived in peace for many years. But eventually those two brothers died, through the years, the lands turned on each other. They became yin and yang, a great war broke out, they sought to consume one another. During this war between the Waves and Shuriken, The land of Swords was born, lead by a man known as Tensi. To begin Pyra's story I must begin with the story of that man.

Tensi was a great man who grew up during the war, his parents sadly, were extremely scarred physically and mentally. They were, at first, completely unrecognizable after their return, even to those closest to them. So of course he grew up with people looking on him with pity, but that didn't stop him from being happy. Although his family was basically dead, he had another family, the people he made as friends.

The village in which he lived was not affected by the war at that time, only one half of the nation really fought in the war between themselves and the Waves. In his village only a couple people ever leave to fight in the war, and most come back alive. Unlike Tensi's parents, they were happy and stable when upon their returned. But his parents were heroes, they set forth a motion that would have ended the war, but they were ambushed and their comrades were too late. They had already been lost mentally. When they were saved, there was little left of the life they once had in them, only a small bit of life left in Shuriken's heir.

But Tensi stood strong through life, he never frowned, and he tried his best to make others smile. He used to say, that he wanted people to always be happy. "There are too many beautiful things in this world , for someone to be sad. And there's enough good in this world to drown all the anger and sadness, people just have to realize and understand it." This boy, Tensi, grew up strong, but over the years the war got worse and worse. More and more people went into the war, the Shuriken was strong, but the waves were trying to end the war in there final stand. He and his friends went to fight in the war. Only he and his friend Aqua, my ancestor, survived. And only once did Tensi ever cry.

But Tensi never again mourned for his friends, he believed they died, so he could stop this war, which he now understood more than anything. He said even with the joy in this world, there is far too much hate, and even more sadness. He believed with all his heart he had to end this war, he went on and built the Land of Swords, and he brought his many followers. He and his followers had heart, they fought through there pain so they could make sure others would not feel it, in fact, it is said that their heart and drive is what ended the war. After the war the three lands lived in peace for many, many years, but peace can not last for ever.

This is where Pyra's story comes into play.
