We finally made it to the next neighborhood.
There was kids running around laughing.
"Trick or treat?" Is being asked at every block.
My head spins in confusion.
A kid passes Ava and I.
"Wow! Those are sweet costumes!" He says while running to the next house.
"Help usssss." Ava calls
Then a mom and her little son come by
"You guys should enter the towns Halloween contest!"
"Helpppp..."
The lady smiles and walks passed us.
"Help us were dying..." I call
A group of teenage boys walk up.
"Haha that's great, dude you even got your little sister to dress up like she's dying! You guys look wicked." They laugh and left
"Can any one hear usss.. Help!" Ava cries with the one I she has left.
"Nobody is going to help us." Ava says
"I know." I say giving up
"Happy Halloween Aris" she cries
"Happy Halloween Ava" I say limping along
