I cannot!!! #Friendshipgoals !!!!

After the Bombfire, Alby lead me to the Homestead. He said that I'm gonna sleep there since I was the only girl here. He also told me that he had left a fresh clothes on my bed. Its consisted a white undergarment, a black tank top, a long slack and a pair of socks. I stripped my old dirty clothes and wore the fresh one. Once I done, I slipped under the blanket, staring blankly at the wooden cieling. I tried to recall any of my memories again. But there's nothing came up. I just sighed and closed my eyes before drifted into sleep.

The next morning, I was woken up by Newt. We walk out from the Homestead and go to the kitchen for a breakfast. When I reached, I saw Minho, Alby, Chuck and a brownish hair boy. Well I don't know who is he since he doesn't showed up last night.

"Mornin' Tessa." Minho greeted while smiling. His eyes turned into a crescent shape. My heart started to beating fast. What's wrong with me?

"Morning." I grabbed a plate and put some bacon and eggs. I sat beside Newt. I didn't realised that the brownish hair guy is staring at me right now when suddenly Newt spoke.

"Oh I forgot to introduce. Thomas, this is Tessa the new greenie. Tessa this is Thomas. He was a greenie before you showed up." Thomas stuck out his hand. I shook his hand.

"Tessa." I said and smiled.

"Yeah. I got that." He replied before ate back his food. I guess he is not a social person.

"Well I guess we need to go now. We're gonna see you guys later!" Minho said and quickly stood up as the Doors started to opened. Thomas stood up too and follow Minho to the entrance.

"Hey Newt. Where are they going?" I looked at Minho and Thomas as they disappear into the Maze.

"I thought Minho already told you last night." He replied make me wondering what is it since we were just talking about nothing last night.

"Told what?" I asked again.

"You need to learn more thing about the Glade don't you? Minho and Thomas are the runners. Minho is the Keeper of the Runners. Which mean he is the leader. They will go into the Maze every morning when the Doors open, mapping out for the way out." He explained.

"How long they have been searching?" I asked

"Three years." He blankly said. I gasped in shocked .

"What?! They still doesn't found the way yet?" I still can't believe it. 3 years?!

"Its not easy as you said that. Every night the walls changing. Its changed every night." He said and stood up, walk out from the kitchen area. I follow him.

"- and the runners are the only one know what's out there. If they don't make it back before those doors closed, they will stuck out in the Maze for a night. No ones ever survive a night in the Maze." The last part send me a shiver.

"What does it mean?" I asked. Well it just a Maze right?

"There is a monster that live in the Maze. We call it Grievers. Of course no one ever seen it except the runners." He replied send me more shiver.

"So when the runners come back?" I asked as Newt sighed.

"There gonna come back around 5. Is there anymore question?" He started to get annoyed and replied with an accent.

"No I guess so." I just giggled. Newt lead me to the Homestead and met Alby.

"Hey Greenie, startin' from today you're a Med-Jack." Alby stated and make me raised my eyebrows.

"Med-Jack?" I asked. What is wrong with the vocabulary?!

"A doctor. Newt gonna lead you to the Keeper of the Med-Jack which is Jeff and his co-worker, Clint . You're gonna learn the basic from them."

So here the chapter for today. I've only updated one chapter today. So sorry cos I need to study for my exam which is tomorrow.
