" I'll drive the first moving boxes to Brad's! " my dad said as he stood by the front door.

" Okay. " I smiled and went back to Nathan's room to continue packing my other stuff.

" Do you really want to move out of here ? " Nathan suddenly asked. I haven't noticed that he was back from work.

" Yes. Why should I live here anyways? "

" Brad's still in rehab and you will have the flat for your own. "

" Brad comes back this weekend and I won't feel alone the next two days because I'm used to having the flat for myself. Don't you remember that you sometimes were a month away ?"

Nathan didn't answer.

" My parents and my sister are staying here in London until tomorrow and the other day Brad is back. " I explained.

" Oh yeah sure. I remember. What happened to your sister's boyfriend? "

" He's back in Boston. "

From time to time our conversations were less important and they were more small talk.

" Next week is Christmas. " Nathan said while he was helping me to put my stuff into cardboard boxes.

" Aha. "

" Do you have any plans ? "

" I don't know. It depends on Brad's health, but I think we'll spend Christmas in Birmingham. What about you? " I asked him even though I already knew his answer.

" I'll go to my dad's and there will be also Emmett and Estelle. "

I nodded.

" Do you remember last Christmas? We spent it at my dad's too and he had organised a big Christmas party. We had so much fun. "

I had to admit that it was really funny. Nathan's dad has a lot of funny and interesting friends.

" If you and Brad stay in London in the end, you can also come to my dad's. He's organising a big banquette. "

" Nathan, please don't be ridiculous. Your dad's friends know me and what will they say if they see me with an other man ? Our time is over. "

I stood up and went to the home office. It wasn't mine, but I had put there a lot of stuff which belongs me like papers etc.

" Aren't you mad at you family for what they had done ? " Nathan asked me. I knew he had followed me here.

" I talked to them. Everyone makes mistakes and they are my family and in the end I will always forgive them, because otherwise I won't be happy with myself. "

Nathan was annoying me, because he was asking me the same question all the time since he found out. Why he had to visit me every day when I was in hospital ? If he hadn't, he wouldn't have heard how Brad freaked out.

" And Brad ? How's Brad ? Did he forgive them ? "

" Yes he did. What else could he have done ? Hate them forever ? " I tried to sound politely.

Then nobody talked.

" I'm back! " I heard my dad saying from the living room.

" Papá ya terminé de empacar.  " I told him in Spanish.

" I hate it when you talk in Spanish because I don't understand anything. " Nathan said.

" Okay! So let's bring the rest of your stuff to your car and then go. " my dad said grabbing a cardboard box and I nodded.
