chapter 22

Nicks pov

I woke up feeling sad that Ella might just really reject me. But still dreading today but yet still somewhat hopeful that she won't reject me.

Sighing I got up out bed and walked to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. My bright blue eyes became a dull and lifeless blue, underneath my eyes I had bags and they looked horrible. I looked away from my reflection before I could get any more depressed.

I quickly stripped and got in the shower, washing my hair and my body before I just placed my head on the wall letting the hot water just pour over me.

~15 mins later~

I got out of the shower and dried off, wrapping the towel my waist. I walked to my closet and skimmed through my clothes. I picked out my black zipper skinny jeans, my galaxy pierce the veil shirt, and my black combat boots.

After I got dressed I walked out my house and locked my door.

' Nick I think we should walk to school it only takes 20 minutes to get there if we walk' Danny suggests.

"Yeah ok I think I need to sort out what I'm going to say to her" I said softly as I start walking towards the school.

' good Nick I'm proud that you want to change yourself for our mate...I now respect you as my human' Danny replied with a wolfie grin.

"Thanks Danny" I said back to him with a small smile.

Ella pov

After I left Max's house I went straight to my house and put on my black long sleeve dress and my tan boots. Then I ran out my house and jumped in my car,starting it and went to school.

~10 minutes later~

I arrived at school eager to talk to Nick and hear his side to his story. I opened up my car door and stepped out, looked around the student parking lot I sighed when I didn't see him.

I shut the door and started walking to the building with a annoyed sigh. ~I wonder if he's here today...~ I thought when I got to the door that leads to lunch room. I stood on my tipy toes and looked around and finding him only 30 feet away from me, sitting on the table.

I ran to him and jumped on him when I reached him. "AHHHHHH!" he screamed.

"Nick its just me Ella!" I yelled.

He relaxed and I let go of him and sat next to him.

"God you really know how to scare people huh?" he asked with a small smile.

I giggled "yeah I scared my mom all the time when I was younger"

He nodded his head and didn't say anything for an minute. "Ella are you mad at me?" he asked with fear laced in his tone.

"No I'm not mad at you I'm just confused" I replied as I looked down.

"Why are you confused for?" he asked me before he before he bit his bottom lip.

"By why didn't you push her away" I said so softly that any human couldn't hear but with his wolfhearing he could hear perfectly.

He sighed and took my hands in his "Ella I didn't push her away cause she kissed me so suddenly that I was shocked by what happened until your friend Max yelled at me saying he was going to tell you and that you would reject me."

I looked him and watched his body movement to see if he was lieing...but he wasn't lieing to me. I smiled "Nick I promised you I would give you a chance before I make up my mind on rejecting you or accepting this bond between us"

He gulped "what are you saying Ella?" he asked.

I let go of his hands and grabbed his face "what I'm saying is I'm accepting this mate bond meaning that I'm not rejecting you at all" I said with a smile.

His blue eyes widen at my words "E-Ella are you joking? Cause if you are its not nice!" he half yelled and half whispered.

I laughed and said "no I'm not kidding its all true. I Ella Red accepting you Nick Wolf, as my mate and my Alpha"

He smiled and said " I Nick Wolf also accept you, Ella Red as my mate and Luna"

I smiled and wrapped my arms around Nick's necked and hugged him, feeling his arms wrapped around my waist and bring my body against his. I felt and heard him taking a deep breath and inhaling my scent.

He whispered "thank you Moon Goddess for making Ella my mate and Luna"

I smiled and hugged him tighter.

Yay they're together! And holy crap 3 more days until Halloween! Comment if you're going trick or treating and what's your Halloween costume?

Ps I won't update till after Halloween.
