#8. He Scares You On Your Birthday

(Y/N) P.O.V

You stir awake to see Niall's spot on the bed empty. You look around and see him on the phone with someone. It was your birthday today, no morning kiss, no birthday breakfast, no breakfast, no nothing.

"Yea, I think she's awake I'll go talk to her, this is getting out of hand." you eavesdrop Niall. Who's he on the phone with. You tip-toe to your bed and pretend to be asleep.

"(y/n) I know you awake, get up now," Niall says sternly "Now (y/n), I'm not in the mood to joke around."

At this stage you are getting scared. "Niall, what's going on?" You ask in a small whisper.

"(y/n), get up you're going to Liam's place, I don't want to talk to you." he says avoiding eye contact.

"Niall, what's goi-," he immediately cuts you off and shuts you up with yet more yelling "What did I say? If you didn't hear, I said I don't to talk to you no get up and get ready, no questions." Niall spat at you.

You start crying and get up and walk to the bathroom to get changed. After 5 minutes you walk out and get a bag and shove your stuff in it. Niall drives you to Liam's house in awkward silence. You get there in 10 minutes or so. "Get out." He says in his Irish accent. You step slowly out of the car and enter Liam's house crying. "Love, what's wrong? Talk to me, what happened? Don't cry it's your birthday." He pulls you into a warm hug.

"Everything's wrong Liam, Niall kicked me out of the house this morning for no reason, he's mad at me and I don't know why." You sob into your hands, your eyes are red and puffy. Ugh what a day to celebrate your birthday. Yay! "Love you can stay here for as long as you like until you and Niall fix things, I want to take you out tonight, it's your birthday." He smiles at you and takes you to sit down at the couch.

NIALL'S P.O.V

I've got my princess upset. I feel so bad. But she's going to be surprised big time.

(Y.N) P.O.V

At around 4:30pm Liam told you to get dressed and wear something semi-formal. You put on your favourite teal dress. "Wear this please," Liam says handing you a red blindfold. "Really? The cliche surprise?" You joke with him. He takes you out to his car and helps you into the passenger seat while he climbed into the driver's seat. He stopped after driving and helped you get out the car. "Surprise?" Liam smiles awkwardly revealing Niall's and your's house. "Liam why the hell did you bring me here?!" you frown at him. "Trust me it would make things better, I promise, don't worry, I want you to go inside and get your man back." Liam smiles and pulls you into a hug.

You sigh and walk to the front door and enter your key into the house. "C'mon (y/n) you can do this," you enter your key into the door and all the lights were off. "Niall? Ni c'mon I'm sorry."

"SURPRISE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY (Y/N)!!!!!!"Niall and all your family and friends scream.

You look at Niall and smile as you both looked at each other. "I'm sorry about the fight, I had to do it, all for this, I love you so much." he smiles and kisses you passionately. "Thanks Niall, I love you,thank you for doing this." you smiled at him and went back to partying.

*Fast forward to the end of the night/party

"Thanks Ni, I love you so much." you pecked him on the lips and lied on his bare chest.

"I love you so much, thanks for not being mad at me, I went a bit overboard but it was worth it seeing you this happy" he said and kissed you.

"Night babe, love you." You looked in his hypnotic eyes.

"Love you too." He cheesed

"Love you more" You chuckled running your fingers through his hair.

"Impossible" He laughed loudly and you kissed him.
