I'm Yours *Under Reconstruction*

England?! Part I

5 days had passed since Danny met Pippa and they had been getting on like a house on fire. Pippa was beautiful, funny, intelligent and charismatic and all thoughts of Lily had left his mind. Logan had gradually been moving his stuff into Lily's house but Danny hadn't been spending a lot of time there his days were mostly filled with writing and recording new songs and all of his spare time was taken up with Pippa. After Lily's meltdown, she had avoided Danny as subtly as she could but Danny noticed the decreasing amount of time spent with his 'best' friend. Even though only five days had gone by, Logan and Lily looked at each other like they were deeply in love and could burst if they weren't holding hands or stuck to each other like glue. It pissed Danny off and quite frankly made him sick. But it wasn't like he was in love with Lily anymore. He had moved on. Just keep telling yourself that Daniel. He thought to himself and hit the steering wheel in frustration.

Dan tried to calm himself down because he didn't want to die on the way to his date with Pippa. Pippa, just what will keep your mind off Lily. Sometimes Danny hated the sarcastic part of his mind that was still in love with Lily. Not in love Danny, you have Pippa now just forget about Lily! Danny rolled his eyes at his mind and carried on driving, letting the angel and the devil battle it out. He wasn't sure which one was which though.

Shortly, Danny pulled up at the restaurant and put on a smile. He was led to his table where Pippa sat smiling brightly and looking beautiful as always. She had her brown hair at the side of her head in a plait and was wearing a light pink dress. As soon as Dan came in, Pippa stood up and kissed him on the lips before sitting down and smiling even more.

"I'm sorry I'm late," Dan apologised sheepishly.

"No no, I came here early don't worry!" Pippa told him and he let out a small breath of relief. A waitress gave them menus and the two settled into a silence whilst they chose their meal. After they both ordered, Pippa took Danny's hand from across the table. "Danny, I know we have only known each other for five days and I know the man typically does this but I feel like we have a- err- a connection. So Dan will you be my- uh- my boyfriend?" She asked and winced slightly at the prospect of him saying no. Dan just laughed though and kissed her cheek.

"You're adorable when you are nervous! And yes I will, I was going to ask you the same thing actually." He told her and smiled. Pippa looked up in shock and relief, glad the answer was yes.

"But Dan, I don'twant to be one of those over protective girlfriends but is everything between you and Lily over?"

"What do you mean over?" Danny asked confused.

"Come on, I see the way you look at her! It's not as strong anymore but when I first met you,you looked at her like you were in love with her. I assumed you had been together or something."

"No! We have never been together, we have only been friends. And you don't need to worry about it because she has Logan." He swallowed the lump in his throat and took a sip of water. 

"Whatever you say," Pippa nodded her head and a few moments later, their food came.

"Mark. We are failing in our plan. Danny just left the house to go on a date with Pippa at which he is going to ask her to be his girlfriend. We need to up our game and even though, I know the people we meddled with last time ended up with a divorce, triplets and their boat, in a drunk rage was blown up..... we need to meddle this time. If- by the end of next week- Danny and Lily are not together god so help me I will blow up a boat myself!" Rhina told Mark and fell on the bed backwards and screamed in frustration. Mark stepped forward, wary of his wife, before falling onto the bed next to her and hugged her. 

"I understand Rhina, I really do! I will help you blow up the boat if you like but in the mean time we need to work out what to do. We really should tell Lily that Danny loves her because she is moving pretty quickly with Logan and we don't want them to move in together properly. Don't pretend you haven't noticed Logan's toothbrush in the bathroom. Also, Lily has been shutting Danny out, ignoring him completely most days." Mark said and ran through the 5 days,not remembering a single time where Danny and Lily had had a longer conversation than "Hi, how was your day? Well best be off!" 

"Ok. I will tell Lily tonight when she gets home from her date. But in the mean time, we are in an empty house, nobody is here and we can be as loud as we like," Rhina smirked and wiggled her eyebrows suggestively. Mark's eyes darkened and Rhina's shirt was off in a matter of seconds.

Lily and Logan came through the door, laughing at the bad joke Logan had just told. Lily had missed Danny over the last few days, all his time was spent with that bitch Pippa who had stolen his heart like a flipping fairy princess. But she wasn't jealous, no siree, she was more than happy with her handsome boyfriend. Rhina and Mark had definitely been plotting again but Lily was pretending she didn't notice the subtle pushes towards Dan and how the two would sit down purposely to make Dan squish up against her. Her best friend was missing and that broke Lily's heart more than she could bear. 

Logan led Lily into the living room and his hands were shaking; he was so nervous about what he was about to ask her. It was an incredibly big step but he knew it was the right time. They sat down ont the big sofa and Logan tried to calm down his nerves.

"Lily, I have to tell you something. I- I love you," he started and Lily smiled.

"I love you too!" She said and hugged him, relieved she wasn't the only one feeling that way so early on.

"But, I am from England. And I was only here for two months on a business trip," Lily nodded, telling him to carry on. "This business trip is ending in a few days and I have to go back to the London branch of the business because my boss needs me back there. I love you though and I don't want to leave something like us behind. So will you move with me to London?" 

"London?!" Lily shrieked.

I promise you I did not want to leave it here either but I have a clear plan in my head and this is where I needed to end it. I swear to you that as soon as I publish this, I will write the next section because it's a horrible cliffhanger for the story.
