~Lane’s p.o.v~
“Wait to go Silph! We so rock!” I told my spirit. He just nodded then the game was over. My opponent welcomed me to duel academy. As I was walking up the steps to Syrus, I noticed that he wasn’t alone. There stood this guy around my age and he had the biggest grin on his face. (Keep ion mind that Sy is still rolling) I just looked at him with confusion.
Then he said. “Well I know how you can make up for knocking me over. When I pass the exam we should have a duel sometime.”
That’s when it hit me that he was the one that I had knocked over. “Oh I’m sorry! I should be more careful. Yug always said I was danger proned.” I said. “Sure. I accept your challenge.” I said with a huge grin on my face.
“Oh bye the way I’m-“"JADEN YUKI! PLEASE REPORT TO THEARENA FOR YOUR MATCH" the intercom said.
“Well that’s me! “ Jaden said as he spud off to his duel. He was going up against some guy that looked like a chick and I found out his name to be Dr. Crowler a soon to be teacher of mine.
“Get Your Game on!” we could hear Jaden shout.

Jaden had won. I was so freaked in a good way! “Syrus! Tell me you got that on tape!”
“It hasn’t stopped recording Lane. I’ve got everything from when you gave it to me to now.” He then stopped the camera and handed it to me. I couldn’t wait to duel this guy.
“LANE! IT”S TIME TO GO! IF YOU DON”T GET OVER HERE I’LL EAT YOU DINNER THAT YUG MADE!” I heard a shout from the back of the arena.
I had a little anime sweat drop on my head. “It could only be Joey.” I muttered to myself. “Hey Sy. Tell Jaden congrats and that I’ll be looking forward to our duel.” I said as I left. I ran up the stairs and shouted “JOEY WHEELER! IF YOU TOUTCH MY FOOD YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN A WORLD OF HURT!” I yelled as I chased after him.
~Jaden’s p.o.v~
I was so stoked! I just got into duel academy, I know who my first duel on the island will be, and best of all I have two new friends! Could this day get any better? I walked up to where Syrus was and looked around for Lane. “Hey Sy. Where’d Lane go?”
“She went chasing after some Joey guy, something about him eating her dinner. She told me to tell you congrats and that she looks forward to your duel though.” Syrus said rather shyly.
“Joey Wheeler” Said the guy behind Syrus. He caught me staring in confusion. “I’m Bastion Misawa. And she said Joey Wheeler. It could be the same one that’s friends with the king of games, or it could be a coincidence” He said befor walking away.
~Lane’s p.o.v~
I ran as fast as I could to the game shop. As I burst through the door I shouted “ Yugi! DON’T LET HIM EAT IT” Only to find that there was a round congratulations cake on the table. I looked behind me too see that everyone had a big grin. “ how is it that you guys know everything?” The just shrugged innocently.

We all had a slice of cake ands had sit down to watch my match. Everyone sat down as the video started. An image popped up on the screen.” Thanks Sy! I owe ya one!” said the me on the TV. We all watched as the me on the TV. We watched as I crashed in to Jaden.
“HA ha ha. Lane, our one woman wrecking ball!” Tristen said. I shot him a side was glare.
Jaden then walked up to the screen then sat down. “Guess it’s her turn to duel. Oh, names Jaden Yuki!” Jaden said. With a huge grin on his face.
