*Len's POV*
I stood up from my desk and walked towards Hatsune she stood there with a slightly dazed look. I shook my hand in front of her face "Uh earth to Hatsune." She shook her head "Oh sorry I guess I wasn't paying attention." I shrugged "It happens." I sighed "To your place then?" She nodded and started walking out and I followed her. We walked off campus and after two blocks I was getting tired and I panted quietly "Hatsune how far is your house?" She looked at me with a bewildered look "We've only walked 2 blocks my house is at the end of this street. Don't you ever walk?" I found this funny for some reason and started laughing "No only at school, the rest of the time I have a driver. Don't you have your own car?" The minute the words left my mouth I felt a bit bad and she sighed "No I don't, and unlike you I will work for my things and not have them handed to me."
I flinched lightly and sighed "You know being rich isn't all that fun we get bored easily.." I heard her laugh "Bored? Oh I pity you rich folk." She laughed again and it sounded like little bells jingling. Her laughter was almost contagious I resisted the urge to laugh myself even though I knew she was making fun of me. I shook my head out of thinking when we approached a medium-sized home that was a light cream color with white trimming. She opened a small gate and we walked inside the small garden we slowly walked up the porch steps. There was a small porch swing, then on it was a small book. I didn't approach it because I was afraid i'd make Hatsune more mad at me. Not that I cared of course! (A/N: Riiigghhhtttt....)
Hatsune opened the door and we stepped inside I looked around and I was surprised. The main living room had nice couches and two recliners. The walls were painted a white with light black designs. It seems they had some sort of style in a way. I sighed "Hey Hatsune, where are your parents? They won't mind that a boy is over with you alone?" I looked over to see her reaction and her face was a light pink and she scoffed "I'm not that kind of girl plus.." She went quiet for a few seconds and sighed "They.. they aren't home.." She sat on one of the recliners and gestured for me to sit somewhere. I took a seat on the recliner near her and I spotted a photo frame and I picked it up. It held a picture of a lady and man. They both had an expression of happiness in each of there hands it was connected to another figure. A very young tealette girl who smiled so brightly all of them looked so happy and looked like they were about to laugh to share a private joke that no one else knew.
I smiled "That you?" She nodded slowly "Yes, that's my mom and dad her name is Sumi and his name is Sochiro." I smiled again "They seem like chill parents, unlike mine.." I looked at the floor and she whispered "At least you have parents..." I looked at her in shock and she had tears in her eyes I got up and gently kneed by her side "What did you say?" She slowly let the tears fall freely and she sighed "At least you have parents, mine are gone." I was thinking they were on a trip "Where are they? On a trip or something or vacation?" She shook her head and she whispered "In coffins underground." Her body shuddered as more tears came down her face. It took me a minute to comprehend what she just said I slowly tried to wipe her tears with a free hand but she turned her face away "I didn't want to do this project for a reason when we talked about the family tree, I don't really have any family left and the ways my parents died was horrid. My life style is pretty good I guess but I don't want to talk about my family it's tragic.."
I gently turned her to face me and I wiped her tears "Hatsune it's okay, please don't cry anymore." Her body continued to shiver and shudder but it slowly stopped. She finally spoke but her voice was shakey "Okay lets work on the project the sooner we get it done the better.." At this point I could care less about this project, but she wanted to get it over with so I agreed and nodded.

*Hatsune's POV*
After I heard Len talk about his family for a while I found out how this dad founded Vocaloid High and a bunch of other schools so he had alot of money and power. Turns out his mother is a Dress maker but only does dresses for high paying clients and family and even celebrities so that's even more money for them. Then it was my turn I talked about my own family as much as I could or just knew but I didn't know much. My mother was a lawyer and my father was a pharmacist I refused to talk to talk about how my parents died I just said as much as I could without giving too much. When Len asked "Could you tell me how your parents died?" I stayed quiet but shook my head I refused to talk about it, it hurt so much to even think about it.
