First kiss and the awkward situation afterwards

*Hatsune's POV*

I was in the kitchen putting a cake in the oven and stirring stir fry on the stove waiting for Rin, Mikuo, Kaito, Gumi, Gumo, and Len to come out of school I stayed home saying I wasn't feeling so well when in reality I felt just fine I didn't wanna go back to school. At least not today I didn't want to see Luka. Whether she was being serious or not I can't help but feel afraid. I looked over at clock 3:00 pm they would be here in about 30 mintues. The cake should be done by then and same with the stir fry . I quickly finsihed with the stir fly and puts some sauce on it.

I heard the ding from the oven and grabbed my oven mittens and slowly took out the cake and placed it on the stove to cool down. I smiled at my accomplishment of making the cake nice and fluffy. While I waited for it to cool down I pulled out plates and cups and set them on the table setting them up nicely. It was my way of making it up to them for helping me recover after the.. Incident. I grabbed one of the vases from living room and went into the backyard. I approached the small area of flowers and picked white roses, yellow tulips, and finally a deep blue orchids. I eventually learned to stop crying when I saw the Orchids.

I grabbed all of the one's I needed and went back into house. I slowly arranged them into the vase and put the vase in the middle of the table as a center piece. By now the cake should be cooled down enough I grabbed the few different frostings and started icing the cake. Soon it was done a white frosted cake with different designs. Little popsicle's for Kaito, little orange's for Rin, little leek's for Mikuo and I, little kiwi's for Gumi and Gumo, and finally little bananas for Len. I smiled at all the little designs of foods on the cake. I put the cake in the fridge to cool it down and harden the frosting a little bit. I washed my hands and cleaned up the kitchen and washed the dirty dishes.

I quickly ran up the stairs and changed into something a bit nicer that included a pink shirt with black jeans and white flats. I brushed out my hair again and put it in it's two usual ponytails and then quickly went downstairs again and sat on the stool and waited for all of them to come.

*Rin's POV*

I waited for everyone outside of the school and tapped my foot impatiently then I saw my twin brother Len "LEN! OVER HERE!!' I shouted to get his attention. He must've heard me screaming because he was walking towards me and I greeted him with a smile "Hey about time you showed up! Where have you been!?" He laughed a bit "I was in class unlike you I didn't run out of class to get here." I pouted and crossed my arms "You're all too slow!" I could see Gumi,Gumo,Kaito, and Mikuo spot us and walk towards us. Before they were in earshot I said "So what'd Teto want with you?" My brother's face fell a bit then he scowled quietly "She told me something interesting." I pulled on his arm "Tell me! What'd she say!!" He sighed "She told me she saw what happened to Hatsune.."

I stood there surprised and shock clearly all over my face "What she did!? Did she see who did it?" He nodded slowly "Yeah she did." I almost screamed "Who did it?!" Then the other four were there Gumi and Gumo smiled and said "Hey." Kaito gave a smile and Mikuo said "Who did what?" I opened my mouth to answer when my brother interrupted me "It's nothing." I gave my brother a glare when he mouthed quietly 'Later'. I sighed but smiled "Come on! Hatsune-chan will be waiting for us!" I turned around and started walking the rest of the group behind me when Gumi said "Hatsune-Chan said she had a surprise for us I wonder what it is?" Gumo ran one of his hands through his green hair "Who knows but I'm curious too." Kaito laughed a bit "Well we won't know until we get there." Mikuo smiled "Yeah Kaito is right." Len just stayed quiet it made me worry.

Soon I could see the house and I said to Gumi "Bet I can beat ya there!" Gumi smirked "Your on!" Len sighed "Alright you two ready, set, go!" Then we both took off running as fast as we could. Sadly Gumi beat me to the front gate of Hatsune's house "Beat ya." She said with a smile and I pouted "I'll get ya next time!" Mikuo laughed "You run pretty fast both of you." Gumi smiled "Thanks!" My face heated up a little because of the compliment "T-Thanks." I managed to stutter out. Kaito then said "Come on let's go inside! I wanna know what the surprise is!" I rushed up the porch steps and knocked on the door "It's us!" I could hear some shuffling from inside "Okay give me a minute!" Then the door opened and Hatsune gave a warm smile "Hey everyone! Come on in!" We all stepped inside and we were greeted with the smell of something delicious enough to make anyone's mouth water.
