A Threat and an Official Rival!

~A day later- Monday Morning-7:45 am~

*Hatsune's POV*

I woke up as soon as Rin yelled "Wake up Hatsune! Were gonna be late!" I got up and almost fell out of bed and looked at my phone it read '7:45 am' I almost screamed and that apparently was my wake up call. I scrambled out of bed and slightly limped to my closet I grabbed a clean uniform and threw it on me. I changed quickly and brushed out my teal hair and put it up in it's two usual ponytails. I grabbed my school bag and phone and headphones. I almost ran into the bathroom and brushed my teeth quickly and washed my face. I took a look at the clock it now read '7:55 am' I ran downstairs and Rin said "Luckily I called Len! He's already outside waiting for us, even if the school is walking distance from your house we can't make it so let's go already!"

With that she ran out of my house with her school bag and I locked the door behind me and ran towards the black camero. I climbed into the back seat in a rush and out of breath. Len stared at both Rin and I and said "Why the hell are you guys late?" Without waiting for an explanation he stepped on the gas and Rin said "We overslept! If I hadn't woken up when I did we would've stayed asleep!" I nodded and in less than five minutes parked and we were almost running out of the car trying to get to homeroom on time. I was slightly nervous because I haven't been to Vocaloid High in a month or so because of the accident. Exactly five seconds before the late bell rang Rin, Len, and I sat in our seats in the back of the class. We all panted quietly out of breath.

Mr. Nero stared at us with a bizarre expression. I could feel my face heat up in embarrassment, but then he said "Welcome back Hatsune i'm sure this last month has been very stressful, but we're glad your back." Every student in the class turned around to look at me and I could feel my face heat up and thought 'Oh god.. Please stop staring at me people..' I nodded slowly as if I was answering a yes or no question. I looked at both Rin and Len when I noticed them glaring at the class and soon everyone faced the front of the class or started chatting with other students. I smiled at both the Kagamine twins. They both smiled back and I thought to myself 'At least they're sweet.. Rin has been sweet to me since day one but Len on the other hand was mean but eventually became sweet.' I looked at the floor embarrassed at these thoughts.

Eventually the class went on without any further incident. Before I knew it homeroom was over and Rin got up and said "See ya guys at lunch!" With that she left Len and I in the class both of us just there really then Len said "So.. let's go to Mrs. Haruka's class yeah?" I nodded and we both side by side walked towards English lit class. While Len and I walked together to class in comfortable silence I noticed some of the other students mostly female glaring at me like I did something I saw a few male students glaring at Len but he didn't seem to notice.

We both walked inside the class and I sat between Mikuo and Len as the seating chart went like that. Mikuo turned to look at me and smiled, but he had a sad look in his eyes mixed with slight anger. I looked at him and said "Mikuo is something bothering you?" He said "N-No it's nothing." He trembled slightly and I knew something was up, but decided not to push it further. Mrs. Haurka came up to me and smiled and whispered "I'm going to say this to you so I don't say it in front of the class so your not embarrassed. Welcome back the class has missed you." I smiled "Thank you that's sweet." With that Mrs. Haruka walked to the front of the class to start the lesson...

~Lunch Time~

*Back to Hatsune's POV*

I noticed something when I was walking to classes girls gave me this glare almost angry stare like I killed something precious of there's. In fourth period some girls would not stop staring at me angry looks directed straight at me and without either Kagamine twins in my fourth period I could feel myself shrink. I looked at the floor but payed attention to the teacher. Thank god soon the class ended, Rin had texted me and said Len, Gumi, Gumo, Kaito, and herself were going to hang out with Mikuo and I today. She also said for me to meet them under the large orange tree in the back of the school and she had already told Mikuo and he was fine with the idea.
