Kats POV

The fact that my best friends are in a huge fight leaves me to decide a side. I mean I don't want to choose a side but if I hang with one of them the other one will get mad. I don't really talk to anyone else but them either so I can't be with someone else.

But Jenna has the whole drama club to hang with and Holly has Liam and her cosmetology friends. I have no one, I haven't joined clubs or teams so I don't know what to do.

I was walking down the hall to my math class when I saw the board of extra circulars. Not many sheets were up since it's already almost the end of October.

I stopped in front of it and read the sheets.

Chess Club
Glee Club
Hockey Team
Robotics club
Dance Team

I kept my eye on the dance team sheet and read it. Meetings Monday and Thursday in Room 106. I made a mental note to attend.

"If you join dance team can I come to watch you in those little tights?" A breathy voice caressed my ear and neck. I shoved my elbow back into their stomach knowing it was Miles.

"Why always so intrusive Miles?" I asked sarcastically as I start walking away.

"Intrusive maybe but I am about to save you from a boring afternoon." He smirked and put his arm around my shoulder.

"Condescending as well, that's new." I laughed rudely shrugging off his arm.

"I'm just being polite, I know your friends aren't being friends right now and I'm going to save you from having to chose between them." He smiles and I roll my eyes. I suddenly step in front  of him facing him and stopped walking.

He looked completely surprised and bumped into my chest. "Look Miles, my friends situation is non of you business and I'd really like it if you stayed out of it."

I ran my hand through my hair to tame my waves. I looked back at Miles just now noticing the SnapBack placed on his head. He had his hair pushed back with it and it looked so good. He jogged to catch up with me.

"Look I'm not trying to be intrusive or what ever you said." He smiled and I furrowed my eyebrows. He slowly backed us up so my back was on a wall and his body was pressed against mine.

"Just as a friend let me hang with you after school, I could take your mind of stuff..." He said placing one hand on my hip and the other on my jaw line, his face was so close to mine I could see the dark blue flecks in his grey eyes.

"Miles." I said breathy placing my hands on his cheeks. "I have prior convictions but I bet there are other girls lining up to do you."

I shoved him off of me and walked away smirking to myself. My prior convictions consist of dance club then a date with Finn. Since my earlier rain check we rescheduled to tonight.
