Chapter 8: You're kidding right?

Recap:

Looking towards my bed I saw a goddess sitting up with her beautiful long brown hair cascading down her shoulders like a rich chocolate fountain. Her piercing blue  eyes roamed around the room until they landed on me. My wolf was speechless. I was speechless. I had a strong urge to move towards the beauty on the bed, but was stopped by her icy blue eyes that gave me a death glare.

Getting off the bed, she stood and with a voice of dark calm fury she said," Where am I and who the hell are you?"

I took two steps towards her and  she took two steps back until she tripped and fell on the edge of the bed. The lust that I had for her was beyond what I thought. She was beautiful. I really did get lucky. I could just picture taking over the kingdom as my Luna.

As I approached her she gave me a confused look.

"Stop walking towards me", she demanded.

Her voice, ugh! It sounded like sex!

I smirked," No can do kitten."

She was about to open her mouth to speak when I walked up to her in my werewolf speed and kissed her on her juicy lips.

She was astonished. Her eyes grew wider but then she started to relax.

I put my arm behind her back and deepened the kiss. Sparks started ignite from the two of us. Oh my God it felt like heaven! She even parted her lips letting my tongue slip through. I was shocked. At first she didn't want me near her and now she was letting me have her.

It was like an eternal bliss. She tasted so sweet that I didn't want to let her go.

I began to trail kisses down her neck till I reached to the spot I would mark her. She moaned when I laid feathery kisses in that area which was between her shoulder and her neck. I guess she started to like me already.

I heard the door open but I didn't care. I already knew that someone was downstairs a while ago. It must of been Kevin and his mate Alice.

Someone whistled, " Aww look at you two love birds."

"Mine", I whispered to her, not wanting to let her go. I looked up to see Kevin standing by the door way.

She suddenly laid still frozen. Did I say something wrong? I mean she was my mate. Maybe she doesn't know yet.

I walked up to Kevin and fist pumped him.

"It's good to see you too Kevin", I chuckled.

He grinned." I'm sorry, it was just you two were so into each other and- it's ok, I interrupted. I was just joking."

From behind Kevin, I saw his little mate." Hello Alice. I take it you had fun on the weekend with Kevin? I hope he wasn't too hard on you." She blushed. I know now exactly what happened.

"Yes Derek. Thank you", she smiled.

At least she was happy now. They would make a great couple.

I looked up to my mate. At first she had a blank face, but then suddenly she started to laugh. She was laughing so hard that tears were starting to come out of her eyes.

I crossed my arms. Why was she laughing?

"You're joking right?", she said.

I had a questioned look on my face. Kevin did too. Did she not feel the pull?

"I mean the whole mate thing. It's a joke right?", she asked again.

I was puzzled.

"Um no. I'm not joking. You are my mate. My wolf told me and I'm feeling the pull. Don't you? And that kiss we shared, didn't you feel anything?"

By the look on her face she was shocked. Too shocked. There was something she was hiding.

She rubbed her forehead with her fingers."This can't be happening", she whispered.

"What can't be happening", I said. This time my hands were in fists and my knuckles were white.

Kevin had a questioned look on his face.

She was silent. Just staring out into space.

"What are you hiding from me", I asked her slowly with clenched teeth. I hope she didn't say what was in my mind because my wolf was about to come out.

"I-I already have a mate", she whispered.

That did it.
