I had just admitted that I wanted him in my life. That I want everything that I could imagine, all with Theo.
He looked up at me,"huh?" I smiled and took a sip of my coffee. "You're supposed to be the one asking this, Theodore. After last night, I've decided that I really need you here, with me, almost every second of the day. Look, I know it sounds dramatic, but the past few weeks have been really long, and I really want things back the way they where before we got into a huge fight. I miss the late night calls, and you telling me how much you wanted a future with me, and now, I want that with you. I'm sorry, Theo." I looked up at him, with my eyes welted with tears. He stood up and walked over to me. "You shouldn't have to worry about me leaving you, Iz. You should know that my now." He smiled and kissed me.
He had never kissed me. We where never dating. Sometimes the "I love you's" would slur because we were both half asleep and had no idea what we where saying. This is something. This is changing. Things are going my way.
"Did you just..?" I starred him in the eyes. "Mhhhm." I wasn't really sure what to say now. His lips pressing into mine was something I kept replaying in my head.
"Say something." He looked at me. I began to feel my face turn a bright red. Great. I looked down to try to hide the fact that I was smiling like an idiot now. "Be my girlfriend." He put his finger on my chin and pushed my face up so that I was making direct eye contact with him. "What..."my voice trailed off. "Date me. Be my girlfriend." He repeated himself. I smiled like an idiot again. "I'm taking that as a yes." he let a toothy grin show and kissed my cheek.
