The detective shot the man in the arm and as he was falling he shot me in the leg.As we where rushed to the hospital the man died dew to lot of amount of blood lost.When we got to the hospital they rushed me to the operation room.They got the bullet out and I will only have a scar on my leg.
For my parents my father did pass away and my mother is healthy.If we would have gotten there latter my mother would have been dead.She stays home with me 24/7.
For Ava we adopted her.She is like a older sister to me.We both go to school.She has her own room and she told me"I like it here better than with my father."
The detective and my mother are best friends now.We are always at her house eating dinner or having movie nights.
And for me I have gone back to school and have had counseling.I still wake up screaming in the night from bad dreams.I also have got a dog that sleeps on my bed every night as protection and his name is Milo.An sometimes I watch her boys at there house.We also moved house we live in a huge brick house.That is it for now I guess.
