Michael's POV

I was woken by the sound of someone yelling, I opened my eyes and stared into dark. 

"No, this is a family vacation and you're not family!"  That was Spade, he must be talking to his boyfriend Aden.

"Spade will you go to your room and yell at Aden.  Hey Michael, we are here."  Fiona was near me, I felt her hand on my shoulder before she climbed out of the car.  I waited patiently for her to come over to my side and help me.  "I didn't know the house was going to be this big and beautiful!"  Fiona squealed cheerfully.

"Ugh sun and shit loads of it."  I heard Crystal whine before she got out of the car.  I chuckled, I opened my door and took off my seatbelt.  Fiona grabbed my hand when she got to me and helped me out of the car.

"Welcome to Florida, Master Lucifer instructed me to greet you all and show you what rooms you will be staying in."  A lady said cheerfully, Fiona tighten her grip on my hand and let out a small growl.

"It's alright Blue, I know my father wants me to get a separate room from my man."  Snow added, "plus, most of us are couples and rather share a room than be separate."  I could almost smell the fear radiating off the girl.

"Snow, what is with you and scaring off your dad's workers?"  I asked when Fiona got to the others.

"Cause my dad is trying to break me and Skye up and this chick is staring at you like your lunch."  Snow sneered, I felt a blush dusting my cheeks.

"I'm pretty sure he can see that I'm not looking at him like he is lunch."  Blue sneered back, everyone went dead silent.  I busted out laughing, I let go of Fiona's hand then grabbed my stomach and started laughing harder.  I'm pretty sure everyone is looking at me like I'm crazy but I couldn't help it.

"I'm blind."  I laughed before sobbing uncontrollably.  "I can't see you looking at me."  Blue gasped and started apologizing over and over again.

"Michael, no offence but you're acting like a pregnant."  Snow said, I felt Fiona place her hand on my shoulder. 

"Really Snow, Blue we are sorry about this.  This is sadly normal and yes Michael here is blind and is really upset about it.  Next time don't stare at him like he is a meal or I will release Snow on you."  I turned my head towards Fiona, she is acting weird and I can sense something demonic. 

"Holy shit Fiona, that was hot."  I laughed at Snow's comment.  "Come on let's go find our rooms."  I wiped my eyes then tried to find Fiona's hand.

"Come on Michael, you can get a bedroom near me."  Fiona growled, I think that was towards Blue but it still scared me.  She grabbed my hand and started dragging me towards the house. 

"Are you mad at me?"  I asked Fiona, we just arrived to the room I'm going to be staying in.

"No, I don't know what came over me.  That woman just pissed me off."  Fiona mumbled, "stupid mermaids with there flirting and eating humans."  I chuckled, I patted the bed.

"Sit down, you been stressing yourself too much."  Fiona sighed, I felt the bed cave in as Fiona sat down.

"I'm sorry Michael, I just need to get my mind off a lot of shit."  Fiona laid her head on my shoulder.  "I didn't say anything but my mom told me that she didn't care that Asher was dead, she told me that he was a disgrace to the family just because he was mated to Zero."  Fiona whispered, she sounded close to tears.  I was about to say something but the sound of something being broken.

"I don't even want to know.  Anyway, your mother is an idiot.  Asher wasn't a disgrace, he was a great guy with a caring heart."  I whispered, I brought my hand up and stroked Fiona's hair.

"Thank you Michael, what would I do without you?"  Fiona yawned, she snuggled closer to me.  "Can I sleep here tonight?  I don't want to sleep alone."

"Sure, it will be like a sleepover."  Fiona giggled at my comment.  "Well I'm pretty sure Snow is making dinner for us."

"Didn't her father send servants?  Know what don't answer that, I'm pretty sure Snow scared them off."  Fiona laughed while standing up, I felt Fiona's hand on mine.  "Come on." 

After dinner, which the servants made surprisingly,  we all went our different ways.  I made my way to my room without Fiona, which ended with me walking in on Snow changing. Good thing I couldn't see or I would of been killed.  Skye finally decided to help me to my room.

"I thought Fiona was helping you around the house?"  Skye asked as he led me down the hall.

"She said Spade was supposed to help me because she had to answer a phone call from her mother."  I said, I think Fiona's mom is just putting more stress of her. 

"Oh that isn't going to end well and why Spade?"  I shrugged at his question.  "Any way here is your room, are you good from here?"

"Yea, besides I can hear Fiona yelling at her mom inside.  Thank you Skye."  I put my hands on his face and forced Skye to smile.  "Smile we are on vacation."  I chuckled, Skye pushed my hands away and laughed as well.

"Fucking dork, night Michael."  Skye patted my head, I felt his presence disappear so I went into my room. 

"For the love of my friends father I don't want to meet Troy, I don't give a flying fuck that he wants to see me again!  I don't like him, he was a creep in school and I'm pretty sure he is still a creep!"  I wandered over to the sound of Fiona's voice and found my bed.  I crawled onto the bed and laid down behind where Fiona was sitting.  "Oh my god, because I found my mate!"  Fiona screamed into the phone before hanging up the phone.  She laid back so she was laying on me.  "Can you take my mom and put her in hell when she dies?" 

"I'll ask Lucifer but I make no promises, it might be better to ask his daughter."  I laughed, I ran my fingers through Fiona's hair causing her to shiver.  "So what did your mother want?"

"She wants me to mate with this guy I used to know, he is part of my mother's pack and he is a total asshole.  In high school he kept trying to get into my pants, I almost killed him once.  The dumbass thought he could get away with touching my butt, he ended up with a black eye, busted lip, a broken arm, and I think I broke his rib."  I felt Fiona move her head, I think she was looking at me but hey I couldn't tell.  "What is it like being a demon, never being forced to mate with someone you don't like?"

"Okay I guess, except we are not really aloud to fall in love with other demons.  Lucifer doesn't like his pets getting into relationships.  I think it is because one of his pets fell in love with an angel and died, he was killed by the angel.  My father killed the angel but that didn't start a war because they were even with the murders.  I lost a brother that day and I'm pretty sure Skye lost a sister."  I smiled at Fiona, I think my demon senses are started to pick up new things because I could sense Fiona blushing.

"I uh sorry about your brother."  Fiona whispered before sitting back up.  "Hey uh Michael, can I try something?"

"Sure."  I sat up and faced Fiona, I could sense that she was nervous about something.  "Is everything okay Fi..."  I didn't get to finish my sentence because Fiona attached her lips to mine.
