A/N  Hi!  Well, I apologize for the amount of time it's been since my last update on this, but unfortunately, we can't control the weather.

I live in the midwest of the United States, and we just got bombarded with some pretty nasty weather.  My town got a bit battered.  Some people lost electricity for about three days, and my family lost it for two days.  Our neighbors tree snapped in two and fell on  one of our trees, so that didn't turn out very well.  Luckily though, my family and our house are okay, so that was good.

There were a couple houses in my town though that did get demolished though, so please keep those people in your thoughts and prayers.

So, though, without further ado, here is chapter 7 of this story!  I really hope you enjoy it!!!!!!!!!  It's kindof a filler, but another chapter is coming soon!  :-)

P.S.  at least three votes on this chapter please to upload another.  I know you can do it!!!!! I believe in you!!! :-)

That joy I feel when I find out that I've made it through causes tears to stream down my face. Every contestant on the stage erupts in screams and squeals and an assortment of "happy dances." Everyone is so happy, and I probably end up hugging about fifteen people whom I have never spoken to before.

Pretty soon we're all ushered backstage to a room where the other contestants who made it through are anxiously waiting for us to see who all got through. I'm near the back of the traveling pack of contestants, so It takes awhile for me to make it inside the room which is becoming a chamber of hugs and happiness. I can't be too happy yet though- I don't know If Chase and Arriana made it thorugh or not.

I look high and low for them, and I've almost given up hope that they got through when I hear, "Cassidy!"

Then I'm tackled into a bear hug by none other than Arriana.

I laugh as she hangs onto me like a crazy monkey, and then I see Chase start walking over, and he joins the hug as well. It's the funniest thing, and I'm sure it looked even funnier from outside of the hug. At this moment, there are probably about ten cameras trained on us to capture this endearing and strange moment, but I don't care. I'm perfectly content in this extremely comical three-party embrace.

Soon enough though, we are forced to break away from each other when it's time to head to the lunch that's been set up in the conference room. We make our way down the hallways still completely awestruck that we've made it this far, even though bootcamp is only half over. Tomorrow evening will be the time when we'll find out if we've made it on to the Judges' Houses, The next day will be a meeting with the remaining contestants and the judges, and then in two weeks' time, we will be off to find out just who our mentor will be. Only if we end up making it through of course.

This time, there are so fewer people in the room. Over half of us are back at the hotel packing up right now, ready to go home and face their families to say "I didn't make it." It pains me to think that that may be me in just two days time. Hopefully, though, it works out. Maybe it will.

This time, the spread of food is none other than some good old BBQ. I am ecstatic about this, and to show it, I pile my plate with a hotdog, a hamburger, some salad, some potato chips, and on the side, I add on some chocolate milk. I'm a pretty happy camper.

As I'm making my way to my seat which is once again next to Arriana and Chase, I announce, "The trucker has returned, and he's hungry." I must have pulled a pretty interesting face along with this announcement because Chase does a spit take and launches some Sprite all over his shirtfront. This in turn causes Arriana to almost start choking on a potato chip, and I almost drop my plate that's filled to the nines with some yummy food. That would have been tragic if it ended up meeting the floor.
