Zoe
"Cody, I've told you to put your shoes on 3 times now! Our going to be late for school!" I sighed, watching the 4 year old stare blankly at his new trainers.
"I don't like school! The teachers are mean!" He yelled, making me groan.
"Cody, listen to your mother." I heard Luke say, walking up behind me and placing his hand on my shoulder. I was relaxed for a moment before I realised Vicky in his arms.
"Why isn't Vicky dressed?" I half yelled.
"What do you mean?" He said, giving me a confused look.
"She's going to be late for Nursery!" I yelled, grabbing her off Luke and rushing upstairs.
"Fuck!" I heard Luke yell before hearing Cody call, "Daddy said a naughty word!" Followed by his giggles.
I sighed, placing Vicky on my bed and searching through the wardrobe desperately. "I don't wannoo go." I herd Vicky moan, to which I rolled my eyes.
"You have to Vicky!" I said, walking over to her with her uniform. She struggles but I just about managed to get her dressed before I heard Luke call out, "Honey we have to leave now!"
I picked Vicky up, rushing downstairs to quickly put her shoes on. Luke seemed to have had a lot of an easier time getting Codys shoes on than I had, which I guess is a relief.
"Let's go." I smiled, picking Vicky up whilst Luke picked Cody up and we took them to the car.

-It took a while to actually get Vicky to school, and a lot of tears and screaming, but eventually she went in luckily. It's kind of embarrassing when yours is the only child who won't go in without a fight. (If you love me let me goooooo... Sorry I had to)
"Coffee?" Luke said, smiling at me as we got into the car. I chuckled and nodded at him, strapping in my seatbelt as we drove off.
"I have a meeting later so your going to have to pick up Cody." He said, eyes focused in the road.
"You can still pick up Vicky though, right?" I said, to which he nodded. We both had pretty busy schedules, but it always seemed to work out somehow.
When we arrived at the coffee shop, we both stepped out, linking hands as we walked in. "Go find us a table, I'll order." He said, gently kissing my forehead and letting go of my hand. I smiled up at him before going and finding a table.
Sitting down, I quickly got out my phone, not wanting to get bored whisky waiting for Luke considering coffee shops always seem to be insanely busy and keep you waiting forever.

-"Regular cappuccino, two sugars with chocolate." Luke smiled, placing the steaming cup of coffee in front of me. I smiled at him, taking a minute to wonder how I had gotten so lucky.
Honestly, my love life had been so unlucky until I found Luke, and I'm more than happy to leave the past in the past.
"Zoe... I know I'm gorgeous but stop staring!" Luke said, laughing and waving his hand in front of my face.
"Shut up, it's not my fault I married a cutie." I said, only realising how cringy my words were after they left my mouth.
"Your coffees getting cold." He said, finishing his laughter and taking a sip from his coffee.
I smiled at him, taking a sip of mine, only to freeze when I looked up straight ahead, because sat a few tables behind Luke was Alfie...
"Shit!" I said, not realising I had said it out loud until Luke was giving me a strange look.
"You okay?" He said confused.
"Um... Girl problems!" I lagged nervously, making up an excuse on the spot.
"Tmi!" He laughed.
"I'll be right back..." I chuckled nervously, picking up my bag and getting up from the table, but walking o Alfie's table rather than the toilets.
"Zoe?" He said in shock, staring at me. "Oh My God... I haven't seen you in ages..." I knew he was about to start ramble on and so quickly cut him off.
"What the fuck are you doing here?"
"What? Did You Miss Me?"
