When Luke woke up, It was already past noon. He couldn't remember anything in the past hour.
When he stepped outside, the whole town seemed to be deserted. Three young kids were playing with a deflated soccer ball, but none of them seemed to notice. And their parents were nowhere to be seen.
Three men in lab suits pulled up out of a yellow minivan. They immediately shot at the children with some type of blue dart gun, and pulled their body's into the van. Then, they lit their house on fire, and drove away.
More than frightened by the day's events, Luke called the police. But nobody picked up the other line. Just as he was beginning to panic, three men in lab coats broke down the door. "
