"Tell me a secret."

Leo hesitated a while, before whispering, "A secret eh?" He's smile seemed to drop as he fiddled with the small gears he got from his pockets -- something you have always seen him do around you -- meaning he was nervous.

"Yeah. I...I didn't have anything planned to be honest," you confessed as you pulled your knees closer to your chest. Piper had been talking about how she managed to get Jason to kiss her on the rooftop, and you were hoping the same would happen to you with Leo. However, things didn't look so good as you guys sat in silence, staring at the night sky.

"You know," you thought for a while, "if we traded secrets, things would get more fun, yeah?"

Leo smiled at that idea, "Trading of secrets eh?" He ran a hair through his dark curls. "Ladies first?"

You faked a smile. "Sure," but you kept silent staring straight as Leo stared at you, waiting for something.

What were you going to tell him? You weren't sure. You weren't even sure why you asked him for a secret, but you guessed maybe he would confess? Piper did talk about how she noticed Leo being a little more nervous around you, and she saw that as a sign.

What did Piper do again at the rooftop? You can't remember. Your mind was running wild at the possibilities of what could happen now. Possible regrets, once in a lifetime decisions that could change your life for the better. Leo being yours? You couldn't imagine that, but the thought alone made you jittery and your heart pump loudly, you were sure Coach Hedge could hear it reverberating from the rooftop.

You glanced at Leo, and then your eyes automatically trailed down to his lips. You wanted so badly to taste his lips. When Piper was talking about her time at the rooftop, you imagined yourself with Leo, kissing too. Now? It seemed impossible.

"So?" He said breaking the silence. "What's your secret?"

"I..." you sighed. It was too hard to say such 3 simple words. "Look, if you feel uncomfortable with me from now onwards, I would totally understand."

"Why would I feel uncomfortable around you? Your like, my second Piper," he rubbed your back, "Feeling cold?"

You nodded, still thinking about what you were going to do. Leo had scooted closer to you and wrapped his arms around your shoulder, giving you a side way hug. You immediately felt warm under his touch. His skin was just so warm, you wondered if he had some kind of fire inside him.

"Look Leo," you inhaled, "I like you."

"I like you too," he said.

Your heart almost stopped for a moment, until he said, "That's why we are friends! We like each other."

You felt disappointed and angry, "That's not what I meant Leo. Take me seriously."

"I am," he said smirking. "Than what do you mean?"

"I like you, okay, I like you nut head, more than just a friend."

You could feel Leo tensed a little, and you felt a huge wave of regret wash over you. You stood up, Leo didn't really react much, just looked surprised.

"Say that again?"

"No, forget what I said. Just forget it," you walked further down the rooftop towards the hatchet, but got stopped by Leo who grabbed your wrist.

"Say that again? I want to hear it this time, more clearly," he didn't meet your gaze, and a small tint of pink was evident on his face.

You felt yourself heating up, and finally you repeated yourself.

"I..." Leo slowly got out of his trance and smiled a small smile. It wasn't those smirks he would give, it was a innocent smile. "I like you too, (y/n). I-I never thought you might like me the same way," he said, his tone rising with each word, getting more confident each second. "This is amazing, I-I never actually had a girl who I was crushing on liking me ba-"

You shut him up with a short kiss, and Leo just stared at you surprised once again.

"Can we do that again?" He said shortly after regaining his surprise.

You nodded and this time leaned in slowly.

I left quite a few blanks information in this for your imagination to go wild. Like how you guys snuck out, what happened in the end. Did you guys get caught? Did you guys do on too far? Well it's your imagination! Do whatever you want.

Btw, the time period for this oneshot is at Wilderness School. You can choose to be a demigod, or not but it doesn't really matter because it isn't like an important detail in this oneshot.
