Heidi' s Pov

Terra had made me wait until after my college classes were over for the day before I could get to go and find Noela.

Why would Noela ditch college? She was already complaining about mom and dad paying for it. Why did she skip?

It was now dark outside, and I was walking the streets looking for my sister. I walked into a book store, thinking I saw her walk in. I looked around, finding it empty except for the cashier.

The male seemed surprised that anyone had walked in. He didn't look up though, just gasped when he heard the bell ring from the door opening.

"We are closed miss." He said.

"Oh, I'm sorry. You didn't by any chance see a girl that resembles me just a little come in or by here did you?" I asked.

He looked up at me. And after he saw me, he could not look away. "Miss, I could not have seen anyone who looks like you. You are the prettiest girl I have ever seen in my entire life! Oh goodness. I'm sorry for being so rude before. You can stay here for as long as you want!"

"Really it's okay. I was just looking for my little sister."

"Miss, you are so beautiful you could make a blind man see again!"

"Thank you, but I have to go now."

"No, you must stay."

"I have to find my sister." He glared at me.

"Stay." He growled.

"Goodbye." I said, opening the door.

He walked over to me and grabbed my wrist. "I insist."

"Please. I'll come back after I find my sister."

"No."

"Leave her alone." A faint voice snarled.

"Noela?" I said.

"Heidi, I'm sorry,I forgot to tell you about this crazy man. He usually gets his way."

"Its fine, but I think he might be breaking my wrist."

"Let go of her."

The man dropped my arm. I glanced back at Noela, seeing what made the man let go of me. Noela had a gun.

"Goodbye." I repeated to the man, walking out the door.

"Noela, I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize."

"But, Noela, you have to come back with me."

"Why? So I can be put down some more?"

"It wasn't my fault."

"It was. And I'm never going back. And I never want to see you again."

She started to walk away.

"Then why did you even help me?" I asked.

"What?"

"Why did you bother to help me if you never wanted to see me again?"

"I didn't want to be blamed for your death."

"That's why? Are you being serious?"

"Look, I don't have time for this, I have to go."

"Noela!" I called.

"Leave me alone!" She screamed.

"Fine!" I yelled back.

An then I started walking back home. Without my dear sister.
