"But you're dating Mellissa.... My sister... I'm not popular..... The pack won't accept me as their Luna" I kept my eyes down, I didn't want him to see the pain in my eyes, I didn't want him to feel sorry for me. We still had our arms around each other, I couldn't pull away, the shocks that were running through my body felt natural almost like without them I wouldn't know what to do.

"Annabelle look at me" Tyler said to me, you could hear the strain in his voice. This is it I thought he knows I'm not good enough for him or the pack and he's going to reject me and he'll go back upstairs to Mellissa and he'll mark her and she'll be Luna of the pack. It killed me to think of that but I knew there was nothing I would be able to do.

"Tyler if you're going to reject me please just do it now, I know that you know I won't be good enough for you or the pack" I looked at him but I avoided his eyes, I didn't want to let myself fail.

"Annabelle, I am NOT going to reject you, I have waited my whole life for you, whenever I have seen my parents together and the mated wolves, the love they share between eachother, the happiness they feel when they are with their mate it always made me jealous and I couldn't wait for the day that I found her so I could love her, cherish her and protect her for the rest of my life" You could hear the sincerity in his voice but I was scared, what if he changed his mind and he realised I wasn't good enough for him, what if he accepted me as his mate, marked me as his but still carried on with Mellissa behind my back, could I deal with that pain? No I couldn't.

"What about when you realise I'm not enough for you and you realise you want someone who is popular and liked?" I asked I looked him straight in the eyes when I asked because I needed to know if he was lying or not.

"Annabelle Rose Chase I promise you that I will never want another girl for as long as I live, we were designed to be together and I will never let you go, the pack will accept you because I am their Alpha and you are their Luna, if anyone has a problem with it then they better come see me about it, I promise you that I will always be by your side. Why don't we skip school today and we can talk to your parents and mine?" I looked at the clock to see that it was alrady quarter to seven in the morning, Mellissa would be getting up in 15 minutes, what would she do when she realised that her boyfriend was my mate? Oh god she was going to kill me, my parents would probably disown me. Crap!

"What's wrong? If you think it's to soon to talk to my parents I understand"

"No it's not that it's just Mellissa will be getting up in 15 minutes and she is going to kill me, I mean you're her boyfriend and then now we're mates" I could feel myself starting to panic.

"Baby trust me she will not hurt you she won't even lay a finger on you and as soon as she comes down here I will break up with her and I will tell her that me and you are mates and there is nothing she can do to stop that, okay?"

"Okay, I know I'm going to sound like a wimp here but do you think maybe my parents could be here when you do it, Mellissa is a lot sneakier then you know but my mom and dad know every trick she will pull before she does it"

"If that is what you want then okay, but we better get them up now before Mellissa comes searching for me" He had a small smirk playing at the side of his lips that I thought was damn sexy, I wanted to kiss him so badly but I had to wait.

"Right lets go get them then" I said with a smile.

"Mom, Dad can you come downstairs please I really need to talk to you and it can't wait" As soon as I walked into my parents room that was the first thing I said, Tyler was waiting just outside the door incase I needed him for anything.

"Okay sweetie, what's the matter?" My mom said as she got out of bed.

"Urmmm, is it okay if I tell you when we're downstairs please?"
