Cren had waltzed on over towards me, and with each step, the floor beneath him turned dark. His frame was that of an average man, but with that bulky looking armor you couldn't tell. His bone mask was similar to his wife Yivara's mask, but it had a symbol on it, a jagged crown. Cren's white iris' were as cold as ice, while the sciera of his eye, where it should be white, was actually pitch black. No wonder he was called the embodiment of darkness.
Instantly, the demonic being pointed at me, "You have caused harm against my wife, when she came to you to try and convince you to join us in the up and coming events dear creator. For that you shall be punished." I stared at him for a few minutes after he had finished speaking as he was silent and for some odd reason in a pause.
I turned my head to Wolfkrone, whispering, "Is he always like this?" Wolfkrone had nodded in reply, rolling his eyes to add on to the fact that, yes this usually does happen. Cren suddenly started to speak again, "You there, Creator J, will now have to face some of my greatest forces, from demonic beasts to shadowy souls from the darkest pits of despair. Be prepared to die you worm!"
All of a sudden, Cren had dashed at me readying a punch to swing. I had dodged it, creating a pole in my place for him to smack into. Instead of him smacking into it, he grabbed onto it with his readied punching arm, and jumped up. In doing this, he was able to spin around the pole, and let go. This sent him flying at me feet first, unexpectedly. Cren had been able to drop kick me, but I gripped his legs and threw him up in the air slightly, causing his legs to go upward and his body to come towards me. Quickly, I had charged up a fist of the four natural elements and blasted him in the back, sending him flying through the building. Several werewolves had looked through different holes in the walls seeing me at one end, and Cren at the other. Wolfkrone placed a hand on my shoulder, "Not here J, another place should be in order for you two to battle."
I nodded, "I agree. Where is Iris at, she might be in trouble if she is found by him at all." As Wofkrone and I had been speaking, Iris had been getting up in the kitchen, and walked near the holes in the buildings.
"What's going on here? What happened to the mansion" she asked no on in particular. A finger had tapped her on the shoulder and Iris slowly had turned around, looking wearily at a man with a bone mask. The man creepily giggled at what he was about to be doing, as he reached for Iris with another hand.
Suddenly, not knowing what had happened, I had heard a loud high pitched scream. Wolfkrone's face turned into shock immediately as he heard the scream. He knew the voice, and I could tell that he did. Without saying anything the man had begun sprinting towards the scream. I sprinted after him, to make sure he wasn't going to be getting himself killed.
"Wolfkrone, what's goi..." I stopped my sentence in it's tracks after I had caught up to the werewolf, noticing what was directly in front of us. Iris was placed up on the wall, dead, with her blood all across the wall. Her guts were ripped from her body, hardly even hanging in there. Iris' arms were sliced open, along with her legs and throat. Her eyes had been gouged out and silver stakes of arcane design had been stabbed directly in her forehead, hands, feet, and chest. Above Iris' body was her blood writing out MORTEM, which was Latin for death.
"Iris...no...why..." Wolfkrone muttered in sorrow as he crashed to his knees. I only looked blankly, gulping down a deep pit in my throat. This was not supposed to happen, not by a long shot. "He is a force to truly be reckoned with" I whispered.
Wolfkrone had then gasped, and continued gasping for air, as if he couldn't breath. I turned in surprise towards this action. "Wait a second, you're immortal, you shouldn't be aloud to die," I said noticing something, a silver spike the size of my fist sticking through his chest and out his back. "But how is this happening" I questioned, then I heard Wolfkrone trying to get out a couple words to me.
"Find...Urbis'...sister...Jerina...Jerina...Abyss...she knows *cough cough* the...embodiment...of Light... and Balance..." Wolfkrone had slowly whispered, blood coming through his mouth. His type of immortality was specifically for age only by the looks of it. Unless if the silver is what killed him. It was one giant spike for sure, but deadly at the least. I placed a hand on him, "I will. Rest easy Wolfkrone." The werewolf had drawn his last breath, letting me close his eyes for him.
I looked over to where Cren was supposed to be standing, but he was gone. The being had disappeared entirely. "I guess I'll have to find Grey once more, maybe he can help me get Jerina in contact" I spoke in silence. I had seen Grey years ago, but Jerina was long gone after that whole incident on the island. So maybe he knows something about her location.
