I pulled out of the parking lot not sure of our exact destination yet. My place was out of the question seeing as how Matt and Selena were probably screwing each other on the counter. I winced at the thought of how much cleaning I'd be doing tomorrow. Yikes.
I pulled up to a stop light and fell deep in thought. I knew if we planned to smoke we needed to go somewhere private. But where? I couldn't just take her to a lot or some shit. I really wanted to make a good first impression. So I knew it had to be personable.
I slid my hand into my pocket in search of my phone. Quickly pulling it out and reading the date. A small smile spread across my lips as the perfect place finally came to mind. The car behind us honked it's horn a few times pulling me back into the present.
She eyed me suspiciously for a moment unsure of my next move. I smiled reassuringly before placing my foot heavily on the gas and making an illegal u turn. She grabbed the edge of her seat as her body jerked to the right. Giving me even more side eye than before. "Don't worry. I got you." I said slyly.
We arrived at our destination thirty or so minutes later. We had driven in silence for the most part aside from the radio playing. I'd look over at her every once in a while just to make sure she was good and hadn't found the time to change her mind. But she seemed content with the idea of hanging with me tonight. She simply vibed to the music and gazed out the window. Occasionally throwing a friendly smile in my direction.
I pulled into the parking lot quickly turning off my headlights and softly parking my truck. She looked around eagerly. "The beach? Really?" I shrugged my shoulders before hoping out and quietly closing the door behind me. She opened the passenger side door without taking her eyes off of me. I gestured for her to keep quiet by placing my index finger up to my lips through the window.
I headed around to the back of my truck and slowly let down the tailgate before crawling onto the bed and unlocking the metal trunk in search of the throw blankets I kept inside. She softly closed the passenger side door and joined me just as I was hoping off. "Really?" She quizzed again after I placed one of the blankets over her shoulder and the other over mines.
"Just trust me." I said holding my hand out for her to take. She hesitated for a moment before softly placing her hand in mines. I tightly gripped hers in return before leading the way.

I trailed softly behind her digging my nails into her hand as I stumbled over rocks. I know I said anywhere but the beach was the last thing on my mind. It was chilly and quite dark. And the fact that she had taken us off path wasn't sitting with me well. But for some reason just as before I wanted to follow her. Strangely enough having only known her for a little over an hour I trusted her.
After a few minutes of walking and me damn near busting my ass a few times I spotted a light in the distance. A bonfire of some sort. But we couldn't possibly be joining them whoever they were seeing as how we were now on a cliff and they were on the beach below.
We walked a little further getting pretty close to the edge. And now I could see who was responsible for the flames. Down below was a group of women. Probably a dozen or so. They surrounded a huge fire. All nude. "Yoooo!" I yelled before she quickly wrapped her hand around my mouth and pulled me down to the ground. She looked at me like I had fucked up everything before quickly nodding her head no. I placed my hand over my heart innocently before mouthing the word sorry.
She motioned for me to stay put before crawling over to the edge and peeking. Shortly after she turned her head in my direction and nodded for me to join her. And I did so as quietly as possible. I placed the blanket around my shoulders and slowly lowered myself onto the ground next to her. "So you thought it was a good idea to bring me to a nude beach?" I said semi sarcastically. "You tryna get me naked?" I said playfully which seemingly broke the tension.
