Aphmau' Pov

I Saw flashes of me being tortured poison's and there antidote's sitting on the table. I was strapped to a chair my head was spinning from the effects of the poison. One of the shadow knight's gave me the antidote to that poison and then gave another poison. Suddenly my eyes fluttered open and everything was white. Azura was sitting there along with Garroth and Laurence. I had a pain in the back of my head and a terrible headache.

"W-what h-happened." I said shakily.

"You were going crazy and yelling about being a shadow night and saying that you would make the teacher into a shadow night. You had your sword and where about to stab him so I took the hilt of my sword and knocked you out." Azura explained.

"Is it true what you said about being a Shadow Knight?" Laurence asked nervously.

"Y-yes." I said sadly.

I sat up and Azura helped me back to our room where I found Flamenta. Flamenta immediately flew over to me and made sure I was okay.

"May I ask where you found you're Phoenix? Azura questioned.

"I found her in the forest she was injured. I took her home and helped her. This happened not long after I became a shadow knight. It's almost like lady Irene herself sent this little Phoenix to be my protector." I lied.

Suddenly the bell rang signifying that school was out. I went outside with Flamenta and we practiced doing tricks. Flamenta did swoops and flips and dives while on fire creating an elegant display of sparks and fire. People began to gather around to watch this magnificent bird. Some kept saying they wanted to catch her but Flamenta already had a person me. Using my magicks I turned into a Phoenix and took off into the air with Flamenta. People were amazed that I had magicks. It was getting late and Flamenta was getting tired so she landed and so did I. Using my magicks I turned myself back to a human. Then I went and sat by a tree on top of the hill and began to sing:

Ask not the sun why she sets

Why she shrouds her light away

Or why she hides her glowing gaze

When night turns crimson gold to gray

For silent falls the guilty sun as day to dark does turn

One simple truth she dare not speak

Her light can only blind and burn

No mercy for the guilty bring down there lying sun

Blood so silver black by night upon their faces pale white

Cruel moon, bring the end the dawn will never rise again...
