The Battle Part 1: Losing Control

Aphmau's POV

I got off the bed and walked to the window. Suddenly I felt dark magicks surging throught the air. I ran outside forgetting to use my illusion spell and ran towards the forest. I ran as fast as I could and ended up running into Garroth knocking us both over.

"A-Aph?" Garroth asked shakily.

I didn't even look at him I just got up and continued running with Garroth following. I stopped in a small meadow and felt the air for dark magicks and Garroth caught up to me. Before he could speak I ran off in a different direction and ran across an army of shadow souls. I quickly killed them all with my magicks and destroyed the portal.

"Garroth go back to O'Khasis." I commanded not even looking back at him.

"Aph I'm not leaving you." Garroth said.

"I said go back now." I commanded again this time turning to look at him.

Before he could answer I took off into the forest. I ran as fast as I could until I heard the clanging of armor. I snuck up behind a tree and looked out. Standing there next to a nether portal was an army of shadow knights and the Shadow Lord. I quickly turned into a blue bird and flew back to O'Khasis. I flew as fast as I could and in no time at all I landed in O'Khasis. I turned back into my normal form and found the head guard.

"The shadow knights are coming you have to gather everybody." I explained.

"Why should I believe you." The head guard smirked.

"Because if you don't every body will die." I snarled.

"Right." The head guard said with sarcasm in his voice.

"Ask any magicks user they will feel the dark magicks just like I do.

Suddenly there was a loud crash as the walls were ripped to shreds by the shadow knights. The guards were running crazy and I went into shadow knight form and began to fight the other shadow knights. I was fighting as hard as I could the air was filled with smoke from the raging fires and the sound of swords clanging together. The fighting continued for hours until suddenly every thing became blurry suddenly I began to lose control of my self. I finally lost complete control and turned on my friends.
