Chapter 7:
"He was totally talking about you!" Melissa says excitedly as we both sat on my bed in our pajamas. It's already 11:30pm but we still couldn't get ourselves to sleep.
I was just talking about what has been happening for the past few days, Ethan being the main topic. Of course, we talked about other stuff but you get the point... I just finished telling her about the whole library incident, few hours ago.
"No he's not! I mean have you seen him?! Girls literally go crazy over him!" she rolls her eyes.
"You always say that! Why don't you just accept the fact that you're a guy magnet?" I push her lightly and I laugh at her, she doesn't think it's funny though. I raised my eyebrow at her and she gave me and eye roll again.
"One day Alexa, one day I will-" she paused for a while, her face expressionless "prove that you're a freaking guy magnet!" it was my turn to roll my eyes now.
With that, we started another pillow fight.
"Alexa and Ethan kissing on the tree!
K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" I toss another pillow at her as she jumped up and down my bed.
It was a long night.
After the crazy pillow fight, we watched Friday the 13th which caused us to scream on the top of our lungs. That movie will always haunt me.
Before we knew it, we fell asleep.

The masked guy was holding a chainsaw as he knocks down the door of the cabin I was hiding in. The loud sound of the chainsaw filled my ears. I couldn't run, I was trapped. My heart started pounding as he stepped closer to me.
I'm gonna die.
I'm gonna die.
The guy removes the mask revealing his face. I gasp as I see his gorgeous face staring down at me.
Ethan.
Shit.
He raised the chainsaw and as it goes nearer to my face I....
Woke up.
I gasp and sat up. My forehead was dripping sweat. It was only just a dream.
Man, I shouldn't have watched Friday the 13th before sleeping.
I took a deep breath and checked the time, it was 4am. I stood up and headed outside, wanting to sit on the balcony and get some fresh air.
I didn't bother waking Melissa up since she's a deep sleeper, it would take five marching bands to wake that girl up. I grabbed a jacket from my closet and went out. I can see some bodyguards outside, my dad's probably.
I wonder where Ethan is.
Walking down the long hallway, I easily spot the balcony. Opening the door, the wind blew on my face feeling chills down my spine. It was still dark and the sky was empty tonight, only a small part of the moon peaking. I closed the door and leaned on the cement, it was really cold for a summer day. I tightened my coat around me and let out a relaxing sigh.
Suddenly, the door creaks open. Shit, this happened in Friday the 13th. I stiffened as I remember a scene from the movie.
I hear foot steps coming closer, until it went quiet and I feel a hand touch my shoulder.
With my first instinct, I elbowed the person behind me as hard as i can, earning a curse from a familiar voice. The sound of broken glass hits the floor. I turn around facing Ethan clutching his stomach. The floor was drenched in some liquid with a broken tea cup on the floor.
