Danny was one of my best friends. We been thug ninjas sense tenth grade, along with our other best friend Marisa.
“That's because he was too lazy to put the grades in. He gave me a B,” I said.
“Well I got a A in English,” Marisa put in.
“No one cares,” I said.
“Yeah, you don’t count.” Danny said.
“Why I don't?”
“Because your school is irrelevant.” Danny said.

“Im go call yall back,” I ended our call.
UNKNOWN: What up this Jaquan
ME: Oh. Hey!
UNKNOWN: Wyd?
ME: On the pone. Wby?
UNKOWN: By my nigga about to get full of that good.
ME: You sharing?
UNKNOWN: Nigga stop stunting. You know you don’t smoke.

JAQUAN'S POV
The police wasn't playing, them hoes was ridding around everywhere. I knew it was time for me get my ass inside.
“What up ma,” I said kissing her on the cheek.
“When you go get a job Quan?”
Damn, she always on a nigga case. I just got fired from Walmart two days ago, let me breathe fuck.
“Im go look for some tomorrow,” I said and went to my room.
I love my moms, but she be bitching and getting on my nerves.
Macy's POV
Ugh, I really need a job. Senior year is putting a dent in my pockets, well my mama's pockets and I’m really getting tired of her complaining about money.
My phone beeped.
JAMES: You. Me. Skating.
ME: You asking or telling.
JAMES: Please :(
ME: Ugh, Fine. Have to ask HER first.
JAMES: $20 she says no.
ME: FUCK OFF!
JAMES: Mwah!

I knocked on my mama's door.
“What you want?”
I walked in, “Can I go to the park?”
“Who bringing you?”
“I have a ride.”
“Okay.”
Damn that was easy.
I put on jeans, my Ice Cream sweatshirt and Vans. I heard James blow and headed for the door.
