As we guessed, the whole world freaked out with the newest Hollywood couple. We were in every single magazine even though everyone knew we were kinda dating before we went public. Most of Chris' fans supported us, some of them didn't and wrote ugly stuff about me and how Chris' future was being messed up by a young girl.

"Don't pay attention to them sweetie, you know who you are. That's the the important thing," Chris said playing with my hair.

Mum also was very happy with the news, she told me she knew something could happen between us and she was so excited to see how long we could be together.

"No, you know that when I go back home Chris won't be with me anymore."

She sighed. "Give it a try Anna, I know it'll be hard but long distance relationships are the best!"

Of course they were and they worked, but with NORMAL PEOPLE!

"I'll think about it, I promise," I replied mum with the minimum intention to doing so.

The weeks after I saw Chris were colder than normal, autumn was coming. I tried to focus on doing my college work and study hard to keep my average high. I spent most of the time at the library or home, I didn't want to put a foot out of a closed place; paparazzis had found the places I concurred the most and they made their editors-in-chief sure that they'll have the latest news about Chris Evans' girlfriend. Every week I saw new photos of me in the press: me walking West, me laughing in the subway, me blowing my nose exiting a Starbucks, me playing Volleyball...

Oh, about the Volleyball team, I kept training to secure a titular place in the next matches. Fortunately my trainer noticed my persistence and made me part of the game. Mum and Chris were the ones who watched the match via streaming. Even if Chris was busy as hell, he always found a time to see me "playing like a pro."

The girls became my security guards. Every time we went out they did their best to hide me to any camera in the place.

"That's gross, Anna. You didn't sign up for this," Chloe panted after running two blocks to keep me away from a bunch of paps, getting into a coffee shop to breath a bit.

I sighed. "I know, I'm sorry."

"It's totally fine girl, that's what friends are made for," Sarah cheered. "Right girls?"

Kate and Chloe smiled faintly, almost dying because of the marathon I made them run.

We ordered some refreshers despite the cold weather. They started planning a party in a very exclusive club in NYC while my mind flown away to my safest and happiest place: Chris' arms. This whole thing about being a public person made me so sick. I couldn't to anything without the whole world knowing it, but then everything payed off when I remembered I had Chris and how happy I was.

"Earth calling Anna..." I heard Kate said. I looked at them with a puzzled expression.

Chloe giggled. "An, what are you gonna dress up for this Halloween?"

Halloween, was that time of the year already? "Well, I haven't thought about it yet."

"How's that? Anna we're three weeks far from it!" Sarah excalimed.

Three weeks? Really? How? Christmas was around the corner. Oh my God. I remained silence, I couldn't believe the time was going so fast.

"Anna, we know all that 'public figure' stuff is awful, look at you, you're so worn out, you're not you anymore!" Sarah said worried.

I smiled weakly.

"Let us cheer you up a bit while Chris is not here, please?" Kate insisted.

"Okay, thank you! Let's do it!" I clapped a bit more humorous.
