August POV
{the next day}
Today is the day of my Mother home going, I miss her so much but Ima keep it together.... The best I can.
Me, Travis, Grandma, Chay, Kaykay and Mya and the only ones riding in the limos, I look over and KayKay is crying.
"Come here princess." I
say. She slowly walk over to me. I pick her up and sit her on my lap as she lay her head down on the couch. "Grandma in a better place , she watching over us." I sniffed.

The limo finally arrived and it's time to go. On the way to the church it a nothing but sniffing in depressing silence.

The church is PACKED! and It's time for the family to walk in. The closer I got the more my heart dropped.
I felt tears coming down but I was too numb inside to wipe them. I wrapped my arms around Travis shoulder.
"We gon' get through this togethea' " I sniffed.

I just stare at the body, not bothering to wipe my tears. Travis already sat down but I couldn't help but stare. I bent down and have her a long kiss on her forehead. "I love you so much." I whispered in her ear. I back up as they slowly close the casket. I felt my leg getting weak and I haven't cried so much in my life. Travis came and got me and gave me a hug as I cried on his shoulder. "She gone man. She gone man." I mumble.

We settled down and finally sat down. I was just stared at the floor the whole time until they called my name.
"We will now have a song from her son, Mr. August." He said.
I slowly got up getting the mic looking at the casket. I looked in the crowd seeing Jadah and Stacey looking at me with tears running down their face. Even saw her parents there like they said.
"This song I'm about to sing is momma favorite song." I spoke chuckling fighting back my tears. I begin to sing.

I couldn't help but to cry after I sung. I somewhat still can't believe she's gone. I sit down on the front row and bend over and cry in my hands.

Me and Travis helped carry momma out and put her back into the hearse. I think it's kinda stupid because they have to drive her down to her grave. But we take her out as they reach her grave and set her down beside Mel.
They always waited 5 minutes to start the burial sight so everyone can have time to walk down there and talk I guess. Jadah and Stacey walk over there towards me and Jadah give me the biggest hug.
"I love you so much." She mumbled in my ear. I just hug her tighter.
"I'm so sorry Aug." Stacey spoke hugging me.
"Thank you." I mumble.
It's time to start and I got to take my sit.
The pastor prayed and they played that song. The funeral people had two roses and walked over towards me and Travis and gave both of us one causing me to cry even more. I held it against my heart. But it's time for me to give the little speech.
I just stare at her grave for a while.
"Take your time brother." This man spoke.
I sniffed getting my self together.
"I just wanna thank everyone for coming to this beautiful home going for my mother, my queen I should say. She always told me whenever she died she wanted to be buried beside Mel. I just wish we didn't have to bury her well them so soon." I said. I heard a lot of sniffing as I sit down and there about let the two doves go. The doves make a circle and go wherever. The pastor bless the food and everyone went to eat. I didn't have much of a appetite so I just asked the limo driver to take me home.

Jadah POV
I haven't saw August in a good little minute and I really don't know where he's at. I finish eating and go to my car calling him. It went right to voicemail. I tried texting too.
Me: August where are you?
......
Nothing... I go home and change my clothes. I check my phone again and nothing. I'm really worried about him. But I remember what he told me and I went right to the waterfall.

To my surprise he was there. I leave my phone in the car and walked over to the lake part jumping on the rocks making my way to the big rock. This Time I made it 🙂, but August just kept staring at the water fall facing away from me. I turned the same direction as August and kisses his cheek.
"I had a feeling you would be here." I said.
"I just been thinkin' " he mumbled.
"I know....... I miss her too August." I said wiping his tears with my thumbs.
"My heart is just hurting baby. It's hurting so badly." He mumbles.
