Carolin didn't know what was worse about this Alpha, his cheap combat skills or attacking a pup. She dodged left and right missing every blow that was sent to her. "Your not bad at combat." The Alpha exclaimed. "Hmm," Carolin began, " too bad I can't say the same for you." The fire colored wolf bared his teeth and leaped at her. Carolin simply side stepped and he hit the wet earth. She began to turn but he had already leaped on top of her back, flattening her. "How was that for cheap?" He asked smugly. "I say it was very cheap ," she began ,"as a matter of fact it isn't good enough to be called cheap more like wimp move." He snarled at Carolin and swat her in the side, sending her rolling he stopped her and pressed his front paws on her chest, glaring down at her. "We shall see what you have to say after your half dead." He snarled and started snapping at her throat. She struggled to get free but there was no use in it. He caught the side of her neck and she yelped in pain. "Scorch!" A voice howled. The alpha stopped and turned his head to stare down the wolf who howled his name. "Leave her alone." Carolin looked over to see a black wolf, darker the night itself with eyes burning gold. He had teeth bared and everything. The Alpha laughed at this newcomer. "You dare challenge me?" He asked jokingly. "If it'll keep you from bringing harm to the female then yes, I do bring a challenge." The Alpha had stopped laughing now. Both of them came to a silence. Then the dark wolf launched an attack, he ran straight at the Alpha wolf and hit him clean away from us. Suddenly the weight that was on Carolin's chest had disappeared. She got up slowly and locked eyes with the dark wolf. He stared into hers for seconds and was off again after the other. "O my Gosh, Carolin, are you okay? Did he harm you? What happened, what did you say?" Kayler had ran up and bombed her with questions. She stayed silent and watched the ferocious battle between the two males. The dark wolf lost in the end but the battle lasted forever. Carolin trotted over to him and sat next to him. "Are you hurt?" She asked him. "Oh, not terribly", he began ,"a few scratches here and there but nothing bad." Carolin felt responsible for his wounds and wanted to repay him. "Look up, at the sun." she told him. "Alright", he said ," but I don't understand why." They both stared at the sun, Carolin looked over and saw his eyes begin to water then he rubbed them "Ow!" he exclaimed. Very quickly, Carolin licked the three wounds on his neck and one by one healed and faded away. The wolf touched where the wounds used to be, "how did you do that?" "It isn't of importance right now." Carolin said and waved it off. "What's your name?" "I'm Blitz, and you are?" "My name is Carolin." "Carolin",he repeated,"a beautiful name." Carolin ducked her head. "Your a great fighter wolf." Said a voice from behind them. They both turned to see the Alpha, the one called Scorch. "We could use your battle skills and I see your already meeting the rest of the pack so I will allow you and your sisters to join us."
