This is still based on the boy. (This is how I think you should ask a girl out)
1st step- Get to know her. Don't just walk up to her and ask her out. She might say yes, but trust me it won't last very long.
2nd step- Slowly make your way into her life. Talk to her alot, not like a creep but like a friend.
3rd step- Find out if she has a boyfriend because if she does and you ask her out. You might get beat up.(Like he did...and I told him to find out first but nooo he just wouldn't listen.)
4th step- If you have her for a class. Go up to her and say "Hey, your from my _______(what ever class you have with her) and I didn't understand the work we're doing, and I also noticed how smart you are. Would you help me?" This should earn you some cool points.
5th step- Start talking to her more and more. And find out what she likes and whatnot.
6th step- Just ask her! You know her now!
