Disclaimer: hi everyone, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for 60 reads, never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I would release something like this publicly. If you haven't guessed it already this story is in so many ways based on me and what I want for my life.
So anyway, moving on to the next chapter, thank you all so much for reading and enjoying my story so far. And I apologise that my chapters are so short, it's because I write all of this one my phone

It's only been about 20 minutes after Liam's left when my phone starts ringing, 'Hello?', I answer, my phone not recognising the number.
'Hey Sophie it's Liam.. Um..' I here his voice start to trail off,
'Liam?',
'I'm sorry, I've never done this before. I was just wondering if, I don't know maybe once your feeling better, if you would like to get coffee sometime? I know this great little cafe on the corner of Flinders and Exhibition street that I think you might like..'.

I pause myself before I answer, I want to scream into the phone 'YES! Yes I would love to, I love you! Marry me!'
Oh no, I think I might be developing a crush on Liam..

Ok story time, ever since I was very young I would always be crushing on some guy. I would be hanging out with friends and we would be talking about our crushes, but given my inner shyness I could never tell them mine, I'd just say something like 'not really, I mean there's not that many good guys that I like', not that, that was ever true though.

Thinking about Liam's question I just can't contain my excitement, things like this don't happen to me. I'm that girl who never gets asked out by guys, then whenever she try's to flirt with a guy just gets friend zoned. I wish it were different, but now I finally think maybe it could be.

'Yes, I would love to go out for coffee with you sometime Liam.'

'Really? That's great!' He replies,

'You just let me know when and where ok?' As I'm saying this I can't help but smile to myself, this has gone from being one of those pretty ordinary days to being a great day.

'I will. Well I should probably go and let you rest. I'll call you again soon, is that ok?'

'That's perfectly ok, I'll speak to you again soon, I'm hoping to be back on campus maybe not tomorrow but the next day. We should catch up then. Bye Liam'

'Bye Sophie, I'll see you soon.'

And that was that.
