The sunlight bearing in through the window wakes me up. I hear Louis and Harry messing around outside of the room. I turned my head and saw my suitcases and a couple of boxes of my stuff. I was so happy to be going home. I looked over and saw Liam still asleep with his arms wrapped around me. I felt the kick of my baby and looked down. I got up, still in the red dress from last night and walked out into the kitchen. I was greeted with pancakes and French toast by the rest of the boys.
"So who knows I'm coming back?" I asked.
"El does" Louis replies
"Has anyone told Nikki yet?"
They all shook their heads at me.
"I can skype her now if you like" Harry offers, running to grab his laptop.
"No not yet, I want to do something today for all of you. When do we leave?" I asked
"3pm" Niall replies
"Ok, I'm getting dressed and going out. Don't freak out Liam, I'll be back soon" I said sneaking back into Liam's room to grab the clothes I left out. Louis gives me his phone so I can call them if needed. I put on my shoes and head out clutching that white envelope.
*Liam's POV*
I woke up and Kyla was gone. I could have sworn she was there. I got up and ran out to the kitchen, panicking. Please tell me it wasn't all a dream. Niall was in the kitchen and he must have seen the panic on my face because he started laughing.
"Chill mate, she's just gone out. She'll be back"
"Oh ok" I said before composing myself and sitting down to eat breakfast.
A couple of hours had passed and Kyla still hadn't come back. I tried texting her but Louis banned me from using a phone. I knew she would come back but I was just paranoid. Finally I heard the door open. I raced over and found Kyla just walking through.
"Someone's happy to see me" she giggled as I hugged her.
"I just had to make sure you were really here" I blushed. She smiled and kissed me on the cheek.
"Now where are the others? I have a surprise for you all." Kyla asked, hinting to a box in her hands.
I looked at her weirdly but called the rest of the boys into the lounge area while Kyla put the box into the kitchen.
"What's going on?" Harry asked Kyla as we all sat down.
"Ok well, as I'm sure you know this baby is due in just over a month and it may or may not have come to your attention that you don't know what gender he or she is.
They all nodded at me.
"Well today is the day for us all to find out"
Everyone sent me big smiles and started cheering.
"Ok sit down. Now I don't know what the gender is either so I've set up three gender reveal surprises for you. Majority wins ok? Good. I want Harry and Niall together, Zayn and Louis and Liam and I. Ok go" I said giving everybody instructions to their spots before I dragged Liam outside.
*Louis' POV*
Zayn and I followed Kyla's directions and the entire way we kept guessing what the baby would be. We both reckon it will be a boy. We got to the spot and were greeted by a big box. On the side it had an arrow pointing to the top and said 'open up'. I looked at Zayn and walked over to the box. I grabbed two sides while Zayn grabbed the other two.
"Ready?" He said
"1" I started off
"2"
"3"
We lifted up the lid and five coloured balloons came out of the top. I looked at them and they were all blue.
"So we were right" Zayn said.
"Now it's up to everyone else"
*Harry's POV*
Kyla led Niall and I to the kitchen where there was a big box on the benchtop. Niall opened the lid and found a cake with blue and pink icing. I lifted the cake out and put it on a plate before grabbing a knife.
"What do you think it'll be Niall?"
"I think it's a boy"
"I think it's a girl. You only want a boy so Theo can have a friend" I laughed.
He nodded at me as if to say fair point. I cut a big wedge into the cake while Niall grabbed a cake server and another plate. I held the knife while he slid the cake server underneath the wedge.
"Ready?" I said
Niall nodded and we lifted the cake wedge out and onto the plate. A fountain of pink chocolates came out and I fist pumped.
"I told you" I shouted at Niall.
"Hey not yet curly. It depends on everyone else's surprises"
"You're right, let's go find them"
*Liam's POV*
Kyla took my hand but we were slowly walking to our surprise.
"We are opening our surprise in front of everyone. We are the decider" Kyla explained.
We kept chatting about the time we missed.
"I think it's a girl" I spoke up eventually.
"Really? I think it's a boy. I hope it is, so he can be just like you" Kyla kissed my cheek, making me blush.
I looked forward and saw two giant balloons. One pink, one blue. There were also two \ darts to pop them with. Kyla picked up the blue balloon and started walking back towards the trailer. I grabbed the pink one and jogged to catch up to her. She grabbed my hand and we walked back. We found the other four standing outside. They saw us and started looking hopeful but were disappointed when they realised we hadn't popped the balloons and they had to wait even longer. I giggled.
"Oh my god the suspense is killing me" Niall whined.
"What did you guys get?" Kyla asked Harry
"Girl"
"and you?" Kyla asked Zayn
"Boy"
"Oh my god it's one all. This is the decider"
I looked at Kyla and we picked up our darts.
"It's the moment of truth, ready?" I asked everyone.
"YES" They all shouted.
Kyla and I put the balloons in front of us.
We popped the balloons and watched the confetti fall around us. IT'S A......
