Ender's Game 2

Halloween Special

"Happy Halloween everybody!" I yelled. Talia jumped on her seat, she's wearing a black and white maid's costume. Riley pulls the confetti, glitters and strips of papers flew every where. Riley is wearing a witch costume and of course I'm wearing a white Greek goddess dress.

"We are here!" The boys yelled from the door. Calvin is the first one to come in, wearing a jersey jacket and a werewolf head. Ender came next bringing the drinks, he is wearing a vampire costume or a pianist... the penguin tail cut from his coat makes it difficult to tell, and his hair is waxed to keep it standing. "Ender!" I jumped to his arms. "Hey baby." He nuzzles his nose on the crook of my neck. "Oh please spare me! Please spare me my Lord." I acted. He grinned. "Your blood smells delectible, I shall have it, more than that I love drinking from a lovely face." He acted too. "Okay we get it! You two love each other, now get a room and make babies!" Riley said, she crosses her arms. Ender and I broke away. "I'm here too!" Carly yelled. She's wearing a goth rockstar costume. "And I made these! Or Calvin forced me to make these. PB and J halloween cookies." She said. Talia's eyes lit up. "PB and J! Carly you are wonderful!"

"Oh I know darling, I know, and you are free to praise me again." Carly said. She placed a hand on her chest and closed her eyes, acting dramatic. She waved at Talia. "Go ahead, praise me."

"Um…Carly you are great?" Talia said. "I'm so good it scares me!" Carly said and collapsed on the sofa. "Enough Carly, your ego is getting too big." Calvin said. "You are no fun!" Carly pouted. "Hi Talia." Calvin greeted Talia. Talia froze, blush crept in her cheeks. "Hi!" Talia squeaked. Calvin bit his lip and winked at Talia, Talia is in the brink of turning into a puddle. "Now who has a bigger ego?" Carly asks.

"Where's my boyfriend?" Riley asks. "Bean is helping Valentine carry the sleeping mats and pillows." Ender said. We are here in Talia's house, other house. Her parents agreed on letting us stay to have our Halloween party. "What drinks did you make?" I ask Ender. "We made tropical punch and blue iced tea. What did you make?"

"I made pumpkin pies. I baked them myself." I said proudly. "Can't wait to get a taste of that." He said. "We are here!" Bean and Valentine announced. Bean dropped the bags. Bean is wearing a labcoat, lab goggles on his head, he is costumed as a mad scientist. There are white and gray streaks on his hair. "Babe." Bean kissed Riley's cheek. "Where's--" Before Riley could ask Bean pulls a plastic bag of candies. "Treats?"

Riley grab the plastic and opened it quickly. "Happy Halloween Sabrine." Valentine greeted. She's wearing a ghost lady costume. "Happy Halloween Val!" I hug her. The doorbell chimed. "I'll get that." I said and took the bowl of candies. "I will come with!" Riley said. She grab her green witch mask. "Riley don't scare the kids." I protest but she's already walking to the door. "Too late!" She opened the door.

"GIVE ME YOUR HEARTS!!" She yelled.

"Eeek!" "Aaah!" the little kids screamed. Oh Riley, I went to the door. "Wait! Come back!" I yelled. I glare at Riley, she just smiling like crazy. "Really?" I ask.

"What? it was fun!" Riley said. The doorbell chimed again. Riley's eyes lit up. "Oh no! No! No! Riley! Don't!" But she opened the door and yelled. "GIVE ME YOUR HEARTS!"

But no screams are heard only a little voice saying: "Trick or treat, can I have some candies now?" She ask. I pulled the door wider. "Hi there!" I said. It's a girl with bright blue eyes with brown hair wearing ragged clothes. She reach up her bag of candies higher, I caught the sight of the inside of her bag; it's empty. "Um… you shouldn't eat your candies quickly. You can get tooth decay."

"I haven't eaten any candy." She said. Riley and I exchanged looks, this kid is not in costume, she's really dressed in rags. "Do you want to come inside? We have tons of treats and our friend Calvin is going to cook some Salisbury steaks." I invited. The girl looks up, Riley take off her mask. The girl nods her head and smiled. We walk straight to the hall. "Guys! We have an extra guest she's..." I look down on the girl. "I'm Wendy." She said. "Nice costume Wendy!" Bean complemented. Riley and I signaled to cut it out to stop but Bean did not get it. "I'm not wearing any this is my clothes."
